Tragically beautiful - a familiar feeling. It reminds me of the days when I was still depressed. The unmistakable clash of light and darkness; the unraveling mystery of the human condition; the heart and the mind at constant war with each other.
But I found that life is too short to be living in fear, and that I'm glad love never gave up on me. So, no matter the pain, in utter comparison, I'll still choose love no matter what.

This song to me is the pain I feel for the love of my life, battling stage 4 cancer. The uncertainty. The small "oh no" we both feel but try not to burden eachother with or say because we have to stay positive no matter what. But sometime I just feel like breaking down because it's not easy, fair it's just not. I curse the world, the sky, everything that I think causes these horrible sicknesses.
And this is the first time I feel like our pain, his pain, mine, has been personified.
If anyone wants to know how I'm doing. This is how.

There was a time when i was going through a break up and i used to come here to find an answer and comfort my self. It was a really sad chapter of my life. I am glad that's gone. i guess that the lesson that i learned was that it is not about a song or person it is always about how we treat our selves. we are all locked up in our minds, in our phones and social media and drama, depression, sadness and it is fine but is important also to remember that we are here and we are going to lave some day so we need to learn to let go, forgive and forget.

I guess I interpreted the lyrics to mean no one is perfect and you can be both right and be wrong , have a crack in you , or have limitations but can still feel and love someone to the fullest , and to love yourself and be totally at one in a union or bond
AND ALSO if that person or someone loves and understands you - if you are broken or again not perfect , which can mean ill in any way at all , then that person accepts you for YOU and loves totally and completely.

Just love this song and video. It’s rare to get both working together on this level. I looked to see what others felt this song was about and didn't find any answers that matched what I thought. My take on this video deals with the older woman as she watches a younger version of herself. The older woman finds that part of herself that most of us have forgotten. That part that remains pure and untouched. The part that lives on even after we die. This older woman calls to herself, “What if I’ve dragged you here to my own dark night” equals dark night of the soul. After a lifetime of disappointments she finds herself and maintains hope. “If there is a will, there is a way I will escape for sure, I am David Blane” “So if I be wrong, if I be right Let me here, with you, tonight”
While listening to this magnificent music, I came to conclusion that only this kind of music makes me feel positive and confident. It is a very happy song, actually.
