Withdraw Circular On Cybersecurity Levy, You Misinterpreted The Act - House Of Reps Tells CBN

The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has been asked to withdraw the circular directing banks to start withdrawing cybersecurity levies on transactions by the businesses specified in the second schedule of the CBN Act.
The House of Representatives thinks the CBN has simply misinterpreted the provisions of the act.
The lawmakers want the apex bank to issue an unequivocal circular in line with the letter and spirit of the law.
