    Isn't it 48 hours by law? Oh also from another well known labor lawyer apparently we are allowed to voice record any meeting or any setting as long as you the employee are a part of that.

    I asked if I could have a representative and they said no... i was told im not allowed to have a colleague, is this against regulations

    Can a student who's studying public administration and Labour relation as a module being appointed by trade unions to be a shop steward?

      Shop steward are elected by members of the union who are workers

    I was suspended when asked my manager what are the charges he said he doesn't know but the general manager told him to suspend me 😢
