On the border and migration, Americans are in denial. Many parts of the US are experiencing a labor shortage due to residents migrating to other states. Unfortunately, many states where migrant labor can help uplift the local economy do not welcome the migrant population, in this sense they are in denial as to other economic reality. But where migrant labor is welcome, they are under attack to score political points, and at the expense of the migrants and the local government that embraces them. Americans need straight talk about the realities of life in the US at this time.

The only thing wrong with the economy has been that wages have not kept pace with inflation. The reality is that once prices go up, they rarely go down. Capitalism is based on pricing at whatever the market is willing to bare and the American people did not protest excessive price hikes due to price gauging. So the task now is to get wages in step with inflation. The Federal Reserve cutting rates will positively affect businesses because they rely on many types of loans as cost of doing business. The emerging issue no one mentions is the looming labor collapse due to automation, AI, and robotics. Capitalism requires reducing expenses to increase profit margins. The largest expense is always labor. This paradigm shift effectively knocks out the unions. Only so much can be done by the government. Most of life is up to the individual's desire to survive and thrive.
THIS!!! Everything went up except wages. Now inflation, gas prices, rent and home prices are all coming down. Food prices will continue to go up, and even though stock prices are going up, only thing not moving is wages. Who is going to change that???

I like Fetterman and I also don't like that he did not answer the question why he supports fracking. She asked twice and twice he did not answer.
Fetterman has become a disappointment to us Dems. Lobbyists have gotten to him.
He could have made a simple answer: “we need to move our world away from fossil fuel consumption, be it fracking or drilling or digging coal. But until we have alternate green friendly fuel systems in place and ready to provide for our fuel needs, fracking remains an important part of fulfilling our fuel needs”.

This is the worst sunday morning news show. Soft interviews with Fetterman and Graham, no push back. It's basically just a campaign commercial. Thats the reason Graham is always on. He loves the spotlight and knows he can handle the easy interview. He even has his notes with clearly prerehearesed answers to every question.

As far as Harris’s comments in the primaries in 2019, all candidates make comments to the extreme of their given party, and if they get the nomination, they always move to the center. So I’d argue it’s a given that she would’ve moved to the center in the 2020 election. The problem with the AI argument for Robinson is, they didn’t have AI when the posts were made.
