    Holy Smokes I have been coaching for years! You see a kid with a bad throw you KNOW is going tocause problems down the road, but knowing how to fix it is not something any body ever really alks about Thank YOU!

    Thank you for the good information. My son is 7 y.o. so of course not even pitching age yet. He throws hard but apparently too hard or incorrectly. We had to stop him from throwing for the past week to give him some rest because he was showing signs of bicep tendonitis. This information should help me show him how to not hurt himself in the future.

    Hey thanks for your tips, I have just gone through an SLAP surgery and I am looking forward to get back on the mound by February (hope so).
