Please do not let any negative comments stop you from allowing the rest of us the pleasure of watching your family. I personally enjoy the children opening all the thoughtful gifts people send to you. Keep up the good work with all your family does.
Oh my goodness! Anna’s reaction to receiving the guitar was so precious and priceless! It made me cry! It took me right back to when I was nine years old. My paternal grandmother lived next to us and had a piano and was the church pianist and she had taught me the basics. I went straight to her house every single afternoon when I got home from school and spent countless hours there on the weekends “banging” on her piano, as my brothers would tease me. And it didn’t matter how cold it was, how hot it was, whether it was raining, snowing, etc., I walked up to Mamaw Ginny’s house and practiced on her piano until it was dark and my momma had to call and tell me to come home. Of course when it came time for me to have to walk back home in the dark I was scared. So Mamaw would turn on the front porch light and say “I’ll stay right here and watch you”. Well I started walking and every few steps I would always turn around just to make sure she was still there, and of course she always was. But just as soon as I stepped into the darkness where the light from the front porch ended, I would start running like the wind and I didn’t slow down until my feet hit the steps of our back porch at home. And we did this every night over and over and over and I was scared every single time, but it was worth it because all I wanted to do was play the piano. Well, one day when I was in the third grade I came home from school and my other grandparents’ vehicle was in the driveway and of course I was thrilled. When I went into the house everyone was grinning so big and told me to go look in the living room. I walked into the living room and absolutely could not believe my eyes. There at the big wall next to the window was a brand spanking new Cable-Nelson spinet piano of dark wood. It was not a fancy model at all, it didn’t even have the cover that came down over the keys. But to me it was the most beautiful piano I had ever seen. Anna’s reaction to getting her guitar reminded me so much of my reaction to getting my piano. I didn’t find out until I was in high school that Papaw Bob had finally gotten so worried about me having to walk home in the dark night after night after night because of how much I loved playing the piano that he cashed in a bunch of savings bonds he had been hanging onto to buy me the piano so that I didn’t have to go home in the dark anymore. I was the oldest of five children in our family and neither of my parents had a high school diploma at the time (momma went back to school and got her diploma when I turned 12 years old and was able to take care of the others while she was gone to class) and we didn’t have money to spare, at all. Somehow, though, daddy came up with $5.00 every Saturday morning and drove me into High Point to Harris Music Company so I could take a 30 minute piano lesson and learn music theory and the proper techniques for playing that my Mamaw Ginny couldn’t teach me. I was only able to take lessons for one year because that five dollars every week had to start going to pay for the hospital bill from where one of my little brothers had to have his appendix out. But I loved playing so much that I just kept practicing at home for hours upon hours every day, just like I had at Mamaw’s house. I never exactly became a concert pianist, but I learned and persevered and became good enough to end up being one of the pianists for the school choir and also at several churches in my lifetime. I am sorry for the long post, but Anna’s glee and excitement took me straight back to a same precious time of my own so I just had to share. I truly hope that Anna enjoys learning to play her guitar as much as I enjoyed learning to play my piano and that it gives her just as much joy as it did me. This was such a special video! Thank you for sharing with us! ❤🎼🎹
Ohhh myyy.... ANNA'S FACE.. Pure excitement. She's one wee happy girl now. Anna, all the best and good luck with your guitar. It's a wonderful gift. Folks, another great video of you all u boxing gifts. These are my fav videos although I watch others of ur videos.. Thank you for sharing your Life with us. I just love watching u all on here ❤
I absolutely love the unboxing videos! Your children are beautiful. Their gratitude and joy is priceless and a true blessing to watch. Thank you for sharing them with us!
Oh, sweet Anna. The joy when she opened the guitar. Priceless. 😍 Some of these gifts are so creative. I have 7 nieces and nephews and these videos always give me inspiration for bday gifts. I especially enjoyed the video where they shared all their favorite gifts for different categories. You guys have an amazing selection of books and games!
The two best parts of this video One: such a lovely family being blessed by the world 2: the way the children get so excited for each other's gifts it is so heartwarming and humbling. Love you all from Northeast Ohio ❤👋👋
I love watching the excitement of the children during these unboxing videos. They are so appreciative and precious. ❤❤ That version of The Parent Trap came out when I was 5 years old and to this day I still love watching it. When I was growing up my parents took me and my brothers to every Disney movie made, and when I say took us that's what I mean. They didn't just drop us off and leave us they watched it with us. This is one of my happiest childhood memories.
Wow you have super great gifts the look on your faces says it all. I love that there is so many loving and kind people in this world even in hard times. I enjoed this video so much.
Thank you so much for sharing the box opening videos we’re retired couple and so very much enjoy watching the kids get so very excited and so thankful for everything. We also watch all your other videos what a blessing this channel is😀
Hello 👋 Rebecca is very HYPER tonight 😊 She just can’t handle all the presents 🎁 I have a feeling that Anna will be a great guitarist 👍 I Love your name ❤️ there are many women that play guitar including Nancy Wilson from heart ❤️ she also was given guitar 🎸 as a child
Janice, your children are beautiful flowers that have been raised and cultivated by such loving hands. They are always so great ful for everything the family is given. So amazing and sweet to watch.
As always, I LOVE your family’s unboxing videos as it cheers me up to see all their happy faces! It’s great knowing how appreciative they all are,not only for themselves, but one another, too. Must confess now, sweet Janice, I sent you your own Christmas gift which I’m sure you’ll sure with the kids as it’s a no-sugar candies and chocolates 🍫 🍭🍬 Sending y’all much love and prayers you have a wonderful Holiday Season. With all the pieces of my heart ❤️ Mary Ann 💋
You got so many great and thoughtfull gifts! It is a joy to see the kids loving them. It is great to see happy children for sure. Biggest Hugs and love! 😍😘🤗 Susan
Omg! I'm not usually a cryer, but I teared up at that ending! And I think Anna almost did too at one point! I have never seen such overwhelming generosity from viewers as I see from yours. You guys have some very kind and caring friends here. I hope this channel continues to bless your lovely family for many years to come. You are certainly deserving of all the blessings. Can't wait to see you get the summer kitchen up and running, so we (hopefully) can watch you pay down that mortgage! Then maybe solar? Idk what your long term dreams are, but whatever they are I see them coming true... and it makes me happy! Cheri
Precious Anna with her new pink guitar! How exciting! I suggest having her watch TH-cam channels on how to play a guitar. David couldn’t have been more supportive while opening the guitar and then Andrew tuning it. What wonderful children!
I haven't watched yet, it'll be my treat to sit down and enjoy after work today. Just wanted to pop in and say that I love you guys and that I couldn't think of a more deserving family. Your viewers have the sweetest hearts 🙂
Claudia, we love you too! The children are enjoying opening up the calendar doors every day. We had our local Homestead Ladies Meeting and Sarah made up some of the tea and brought it along with her in a travel cup. She was able to sip on it through the meeting. Thank you so very much for the treats - them being international treats made them even extra-special! :)
Wow, 2 unboxing videos back to back!! That made my week extra special! What a neat gift the planting pencils were, it always amazes me the things they come up with! I'm so glad the water pump and hose that I sent made it. During times of drought you can siphon some water from the pond, creek or spring and water the garden and/or pastures. Hopefully it will help you cut down on the animals eating hay in the summer months! I believe the Ozarks book has won awards, so I hope Samuel really enjoys it, there are 2 more volumes that I will be sending later on. I am so glad the auger arrived also, that should make the new pasture project so much easier on everyone! Yes, I sent the stainless steel table for the summer kitchen! I can't believe all my gifts came at the same time!! Janice, you are going to have the BEST summer kitchen in all of Missouri!! Holy Cow, I sent the insect barrier mesh too, this should keep the pests off your garden goodies! You can even wrap your fruit trees with this mesh to stop insects and birds from eating your fruit! When plants or trees are stressed from predators they don't produce as much and I think this will help you have more abundant harvests! I don't know why it says Lisa from CA, the company I bought it from must be out of CA. I have been watching this site with the garden mesh for awhile waiting for an end of season sale and it finally came, 50% off, so I jumped on it!! I see how hard all of you work around the homestead and it brings me joy to help lessen that load! I also know time is a concern and hopefully the things I sent will save everyone a lot of time that they can spend doing other wonderful things around the homestead! Also, a teensy part of me likes to stick it to the haters, I want them to know that the more they sling hate for no reason, the more prosperous your family will become!! WOW, a pink guitar! Anna is going to be flashy now!! A regular "modest" Dolly Parton! LOL It's great to see Anna sooo excited!
Ms. Lisa I don't know you personally but you are a GREAT blessing & God sent to this family. You don't have to explain ANYTHING it's YOUR money & you can spend however YOU want to spend it. If God puts it in your to bless this family then you can! I know how much joy it must bring you seeing how happy it makes them. It makes us all happy. So God bless you for all you do for them, your so sweet & kind & it will sure come back to you somehow. Don't worry about the "Negative Nancy's" they can go watch someone else & judge them. They must already be crappy people to be so negative on something so sweet. So PLEASE continue to bless WHOMEVER you want Ms Lisa we LOVE you for it! ❤🙏❤
Lisa, my friend, you just continue to amaze me. The love and generosity that you show our family is overwhelming. Please don't ever doubt how much of a blessing you are to us. I'm continually grateful that this TH-cam experience has brought us together - and not merely because of the amazing gifts you send. You are a bright spot in a world that can be negative and critical and you are a reminder that there is tremendous good out there!!! :)
What great gifts you all got. I appreciate our opening all the gifts on camera. Be careful with the auger. My cousin was killed while doing fence post. He had a loose unbuttoned top that got caught and wrapped around him tighter and tighter.
In that box with the glass for Sarah there should have been a glass straw. Probably inside of the foam it was packed in (have bought similar glasses before)
CORRECTION! David just double-checked in the box and he found it! Thank you so very much for pointing it out before it was lost forever! Hmm, we didn't notice a straw in the box, Katie. I definitely see what you're saying though as the lid does have a hole to push a straw into. We do have stainless steel straws already here though, so we could always use one of those I guess. :)
Janice was checking to make sure Rebecca got her package it was delivered to your po box on 10/10 I have watched everyone of the unboxing videos and haven’t seen it yet.
@@debrasnipes7431 I appreciate your input. However this message was for Janice. I seen that video as well. I would really like to know if she got the package or if I need to chase it down!
Yes Marie, we received it! She has had a great time playing with the princess dress up set. We even had friends over to the house one day and Rebekah:s two little buddies dressed up alongside her. It was super-cute to see a 3 year old, 2 year old, and 1year old little girl all enjoying the crowns, tutus, and heels together! Of course, the hair bows and coloring items are appreciated so much as well. 🥰 I'm sorry to say that your gifts were opened the one time that we opened boxes without filming. I feel so guilty about not capturing the moment on camera and I'm so sorry that you weren't able to see her excitement when she opened it. Thank you so much for your generosity though. We appreciate you and the blessings you sent! 💕🥰💕🥰
Idea: No need to apologize, give reasons, hide anything as being afraid to offend some person, etc. There are people who look for reasons to be offended. Not your issues. Most of us are mature and kind and can handle enjoyable videos that might not be exactly like how we do things. Tolerance of the beauty of our diversity is wonderful! God bless!
Can someone tell me which kind of vanilla beans is the best for making vanilla flavor and alcohol thank you ilove how appreciative this family is ❤❤❤love watching your family 💖😊
I don't know who Miss Lisa is but she must be extremely well off. She has spent thousands of dollars on your family since you have been receiving gifts. I know that several others give graciously but this lady is unreal. I pray that everyone has a blessed Christmas ⛄🎄 season. You might not celebrate Christmas or give gifts but it seems like Christmas each time you go to the post office
Actually, I am a bargain Betty, I NEVER pay full price for anything! I have always been good at finding good deals and patient enough to wait for a sale, no matter how long it takes. For an example, they had weed barrier on their wish list for $89 a roll, I hunted down the best price for the same width, length and thickness and waited for a sale and the sale finally presented itself and I got it for $32 a roll, that's quite a bit less than half price! My gifts may seem expensive but really they are not as expensive as they seem!
That makes them even more special! I'm a bargain hunter, too. I can't speak for others but I know for me, when I receive a gift that I know someone got at a bargain price, I enjoy it even more.
Why don’t they celebrate the birth of Christ? It would seem that this is the most important birthday in history. Without His birth, none would be saved by His sacrifice. And what happened to “those that deny me to man, I will deny before My Father!” Sorry if there is a misunderstanding in my interpretation of this families decision to not mention their faith in these videos!
Oh Debbi, I'm so sorry that you were still wondering if we'd received them! About 10 days ago I replied to one of your comments on another video (Super Big, Large Family Unboxing of Gifts From Our TH-cam Viewers!! - Part 2) to let you know that we received them and were loving them. I'm going to paste my previous reply here so you're sure to see it! :) Here it is... Oh Debbi, we absolutely received the package from you! The children are wearing their slippers around the house often now. (They think it's especially fun because they can slide across the floor easily!) :) Oh, and yes, those were your peppermint sticks that they were using in their cocoa too. So, your gift is totally loved. I feel awful though because we opened yours the one time when we didn't film a gift unboxing, so I don't have it on camera. I'm just so very sorry that I didn't catch the family's reaction on video for you to see. I'm immensely grateful for the time you spent making our beautiful slippers. It really does mean a lot to me that you would invest time and love into our family. Thank you for being a blessing to us!
@@ozarkfamilyhomestead Thanks Janice, I feel a lot better now. Sorry I missed the comment on the other video. I don't always get back to videos. So glad everyone is happy. (I have made 6 more pair and have 3 left to make.) Maybe you can take a picture of all your feet in them. All in a circle. 🙂 Sliding across the floor is one of the joys of wearing the slippers. My mom used to wax and buff our hardwood floors and we had the best time 'skating' indoors.
Totally agree with not showing religious gifts i hope Shawn likes his planner and Sarah the gloves your family are so grateful for everything its such a pleasure to watch sending love and prayers to you all 🤗🫶🙏⛄🎄❄️
What was the gift from Lisa from California, I couldn't see what was on the front of the package and I couldn't hear what it was...sorry..Is it for the garden? or the kitchen? I have no clue what it was.
It's garden mesh that you lay over your plants to keep insects and birds from being able to eat your plants. The sun and water get through but the pests can't!
Yes, it's exactly what Lisa said! We really do have a lot of problems with cabbage moths coming in and eating our brassica plants. Those coverings have a lot of uses, but we'll especially use it to protect our brassicas. :) It's an awesome gift that'll help our homestead be more productive!
Question- How is Abigail with Anna getting a bright new pink guitar and she did not get something? She looked pretty sad. I am not implying anything but do know the two sisters are close like twins and used to being overjoyed at the gifts they can share or both get. She was not bubbly and overjoyed at her sister’s long dreamed of guitar. Childhood can sometimes be a little rough and filled with many ultimately good learning moments. God bless your family!
Yes, I felt for Abigail as well, I saw her stepping back when Anna was holding the guitar - usually they receive joint presents - I'm sure momma will help her understand
There’s no need to feel bad for any of the children. They have been so well raised and taught to take delight in the happiness of others and none of them has ever shown a negative emotion or had a bad reaction to one of their siblings receiving a special gift. And, in fact, they all have received special gifts at one time or the other.
You don't have to watch their videos for long to know that their faith is extremely important to them, and they are quite obviously not ashamed of it. They don't hide it. No doubt they have reasons for not showing some things. In these videos they invite us into their home. As guest in their home it is not up to us what they share with us and what they don't. As guests in their home I believe we should be respectful of such choices and decisions.
First of all, when referring to Christ, “him” is capitalized - Him. Secondly, it’s internet people that are the biggest part of the reason for not airing too much religious content because TH-cam will take it down if someone complains. Finally, one’s religion is a very personal and precious matter and some choose to keep it close to their hearts and themselves to preserve it’s special nature. They share PLENTY about their lives. What they choose to keep to themselves is none of our business.
For curiosity, do the kids interact with other children their age -have friends? Play dates ? Go shopping etc Would love to see a blog video of the kids interacting with friends etc It seems most gifts are for you Wish gifts were more for the children Not trying to by me mean
Not true. The wish list is for things they wish they could have. Stop saying rude stuff to this sweet family. Their childrens friends are none of your concern.
Awwww, bless Annas sweet little heart. She was so, so happy when she opened that guitar.
Please do not let any negative comments stop you from allowing the rest of us the pleasure of watching your family. I personally enjoy the children opening all the thoughtful gifts people send to you. Keep up the good work with all your family does.

@@sherrycarman4266 Thank You so much for such a sweet comment!!
Great unboxing video!! Lots of fun and practical gifts❤️
I love the pink quitar ❤❤❤
The older version with Haylie Mills is the best one!! They will love it..
Yes!! Also, Pollyanna is a childhood favorite.
Hello..great video. You are all so very blessed. 😊
Wow !! An AUGER!! That’s a very helpful, thoughtful and expensive gift !! You and your family are truly blessed 😊
What great gifts you all got. I appreciate our opening all the gifts on camera. Be careful with the auger. My cousin was killed while doing fence post. He had a loose unbuttoned top that got caught and wrapped around him tighter and tighter.
I also just bought the Nordic Ware Loaf Keeper. It is great!
You were right, Janice - The Parent Trap DVD was from me. Hope you all love it! ❤ Erin
I love this movie, especially the original that was sent. I think the children will enjoy watching as a family
Oh, I'm sure we will, Erin! Thank you so very, very much, friend! :)
It would definitely be an awesome movie to watch as a family on a pizza night Janice. Can't wait to hear what you guys think of it! 😊
What a great movie! I haven’t watched it’s for a while but it’s a good one!
The older version of ParentTrap is much better than the newer version .Lyatt Sandee from Ohio. Very good movie. 💜💜🙏🤟😊
Janice was checking to make sure Rebecca got her package it was delivered to your po box on 10/10 I have watched everyone of the unboxing videos and haven’t seen it yet.
I hear ya. I sent a package on 10/6. I don't even know if it reached the PO box.
I hope they have received them I'm sure they will let you know 🤞🤗🫶🙏
They posted a video several weeks ago and said that there was a bunch of gifts that were opened that didn’t get recorded.
I'd love to know where the seed pencils 😂 came from? I want to get some for my sister 😁
God bless!
Jacque, I agree and I couldn't have said this any better myself. God Bless ❤
Amazing family. And Ms. Lisa is a very fabulous special friend. I hope there is another meet and greet.
when i get big i can do guitar i love Rebecca's talking lol hugssssss
Can someone tell me which kind of vanilla beans is the best for making vanilla flavor and alcohol thank you ilove how appreciative this family is ❤❤❤love watching your family 💖😊
Janice made a video on making the vanilla if you want to search for it.
Love your family best family on utube by far
Totally agree ❤❤❤
@@lisaharrigan1370 you are so kind hearted I wish there was someone here like you that could help me out it would be nice God bless you
@@lisaharrigan1370 You have a very kind soul.
Janice, did you get the slippers I sent? I don't see anyone wearing them.
Here it is...
Hi there. Have you ever used mink fruit and coconut sugar ? I use them for baking etc. They are low on the glycemic index
Monk fruit not mink fruit sorry about that.
Hi guys ❤
Question- How is Abigail with Anna getting a bright new pink guitar and she did not get something? She looked pretty sad. I am not implying anything but do know the two sisters are close like twins and used to being overjoyed at the gifts they can share or both get. She was not bubbly and overjoyed at her sister’s long dreamed of guitar. Childhood can sometimes be a little rough and filled with many ultimately good learning moments. God bless your family!
You guys got a lot of nice stuff. Congrats.
I think Miss Lisa must have adopted your family as her own 😁
I do feel like an "honorary" Aunt! LOL
And we feel the same, Lisa!! :)
What’s not to appreciate about Miss Lisa?
I felt bad for the other sister when Anna got the guitar
She wasn't on video after that. I'm sure they are going to share.
Abigail received a new sewing machine recently, so in the end everything evens out!
Yes, I felt for Abigail as well, I saw her stepping back when Anna was holding the guitar - usually they receive joint presents - I'm sure momma will help her understand
I think the sisters love each other and are happy when the other gets a special gift.
There’s no need to feel bad for any of the children. They have been so well raised and taught to take delight in the happiness of others and none of them has ever shown a negative emotion or had a bad reaction to one of their siblings receiving a special gift. And, in fact, they all have received special gifts at one time or the other.
why take it all out for
I can see why you cant show anything about Christ if it wasn't for him you would not have any of these blessings 🙏 SMH
Go shopping etc
Would love to see a blog video of the kids interacting with friends etc
It seems most gifts are for you
Wish gifts were more for the children
Not trying to by me mean
Not true. The wish list is for things they wish they could have. Stop saying rude stuff to this sweet family. Their childrens friends are none of your concern.
You haven’t watched all of their videos. There are plenty that show the kids interacting and having fun with other kids.
times must be tough, sad
I see the gererosity of others and you say that? I’m confused
What do you mean? People are so loving and kind. Why would you think times are so tough?
There is nothing "tough" about people being kind and good to others! You should try it, it makes you feel wonderful!!
Times are tough. Very tough. But the strong survive. I could tell you my story but you would need a couple hours.
@@lisaharrigan1370 I would if I could. I can't even afford enough food for the month.
