Everything from short print, numbered, auto, rookie patches, to shimmer and genesis cards.
*As of 2020, everything serial numbered above /50 is considered short print (SP), and everything /50 and below is considered super short print (SSP). With the addition of anything /15 and below is considered super super short print (SSSP) or ultra short print (USP).

50,000 copies of a single player base card is low - In 2018-19 copies of single player base cards reached 100,000 and in 2019-20 Panini Prizm started to reach levels of 300,000 copies of a single player. In 2020-21 Panini is still printing cards for sets that came out at the beginning of the year and some estimate that as many as 1 million copies of an individuals base card has been reached!!!
Man that's absolutely wild. Not surprised at all but we'll see the ripple effects of this in years to come!
@@BREAKfastcards It's kinda sad! In the 90's when the market collapsed estimates were that almost 2 million copies of some players in a single product had been reached! Panini and friends are on the way to that target, but since they all think that they are losing their licenses in 5 years - Why would they care?

I did feel like 50,000 base prizm was kinda of low when I heard it but I collect Lamelo prizm cards and I'd like to know where the numbers you had come from. I'm not doubting them at all but I'm just getting back into things and I'd like to learn. I have some base but I've got twice as many parallels I do base.

There are cards yourre sauing are nunbered but it doesnt say for example 13/75 on the front or bazk, do i have to go tuoe in the serial number on the back?
is there every rarity for every player or do only certain players get certain types of rarity. like is there a 1/1 for every player?

I have this NFL dez fitzpatrick rookie card with blue lettering numbered 21/25, (i got it out of the 2021 panini playbook megabox) I can’t find any of the other 24 cards online so I have no idea what it is honestly since I’m a noob.
The exact same card numbered out of /25 will typically be hard to find since it's super short print. If you're looking to get an idea of value, you can look up similar Dez Fitzpatrick rookie cards /25 on eBay
Now, how do I go about this. What about cards, from the, let's start w/ the 2002 upper decks authentic run, now 89 had the Dale Murphy Rev. Neg. of course,... I attempt to look for the print runs of the Rev/negs. In their 2002 set? They mention somethings ss

That's an older stat from pre-2020. If you check the comments section you'll see the updated one
Is there any kinda website or anything where it list all parallels and variations in order of value?
I like cardboard connection. It’s a site that helps list out the check list. It doesn’t necessarily mention value but it does mention the print run so you can infer from that the lower the more valuable.
Has anyone figured out how many animal prints(zebra, elephant, tiger) are in a run?
I have a red/blue 7/15 lauri markkanen card from 23-24 donruss i believe its pop 1 as of now any idea of value and where i should sell it?
Values/similar cards can be looked up on eBay sold listings. You can sell it there but the fees are high
sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference online and in person, how do we know which could be be worth some decent amount or high valued , outside of it being numbered or ssp/sp
This comes with experience, or familiarity with the set-specific checklists
what do you suggest to do for new people shopping online, like in lots, individuals or at card shows

I am NEW to the card world. But i pulled a 2023 Select #39 Kenny Pickett Tie-Dye and cant really find many records or value of the card. None sold on ebay.. only 1 other listed at $300. My issue is knowing the value.. is it worth sending to PSA.. but theres no base value on a PSA 10.. because of how little of these there are. How do i figure this out etc. The number of the card is 12/25
Once you can't find any sale history, the value will fall between the lowest available and recent sales of similar players or lower/higher serial numbers of the same player
So which type of card would you recommend that has the highest value of return?
High-end like National Treasures or Eminence, etc. aside, these ones 1:38

Inserts have gotten out of control. It started in the 90's and they've just completely beat the heck out of it. It's so confusing. This is probably gonna go down as the junk insert/autos era.
