Hey cool video, I was wondering about the app so this was really helpful. Also why not get some biking or riding gloves? That way you won’t have to keep the plastic on your handle grips while preserving them.. just a suggestion.. keep the vids coming! my wife and I won’t have our RX’s til September sometime. So I’m loving all the videos everyone is putting out!
Hey thanks for the suggestion I was wondering what I could do to protect them! Will do and your gonna love them definitely a head turner for sure let us know how it goes with your bike.

My bike comes today. Thanks for the video, just a question, once I connect to update firmware will I be able to fully control every mode and Pedal Assist level on the bike without the App?
Hey Rob no problem and yes go ahead update it and then using the big button on the bike electronics cycle to pedal assist mode. What you won't be able to adjust just on the bike is the mode so class 1-4. I set it to 4 and leave it.
@@dominating_reality Thanks for Helping. I got the Bike set up charged battery and rode it Top speed 22. I Registered, But when I open App it won’t connect. Says not registered? Any Help appreciated, I would love to be able to adjust mode.
@@robmasiello7028 do you have android or Apple? I hear there is some bugs with android devices however I myself have an android and dont have an issue. If the problem persists I would contact super 73 I haven't had that issue yet personally.
Q for you. Let's say I pair phone. Change mode to unlimited. Can I then turn my phone off and the Bike will remain in Unlimited mode - even after turning it off - into the future? Or must you pair and switch modes through the phone every ride?
Correct change it once and you should be good to go I never use the app anymore its locked in mode 4.
Tried connecting to the App but it keeps saying Vehicle not registered [400]. Any clue what this means?
Hey Aaron did you register it on Super73.com? They have a whole form about registering it although you shouldn't have to to be able to access the app capabilities.
did you ever get this fixed, im having the same issue

@@dominating_realitybro, so I bought mine off market place and the seller isn’t answering my DM’s anymore. I don’t have the order # or the date of purchase so I can’t register my bike unless ya’ll know of a different way.. btw. The red tag is still on the bike I’m hoping that can help since it has numbers on it.

Hey how long does the battery last, I noticed that mine goes down pretty fast, 10 percent in like 20 mins.
Wow 10 percent in 20 whys that? Are you at full throttle up hills and stuff? Mine has lasted at least 4 hours over 25 miles.
Dominating Reality I read on the manual that it said on first charge, charge to 100% but i was too eager to ride it. Tonight I’m charging it to 100 and I’ll se once I get back from school how much it drops in 20 mins. I would use class 4 pedal assist whole time mostly
Also how long does it take for a full charge? It was taking me almost 5 mins per percent
@@jetthayward9608 yes they did say charge it to 100 first. I typically charge it overnight or leave the battery anywhere from 80 to 100 percent fully charged. You might need to contact Super 73 if it continues.

Was your front tire bolted on tight when u recieved it?
Yes but the little blue screw on the fork was not and now it fell out somewhere.
Could you please help? Just got a brand new super73 s2, fully charged it, downloaded the app, did the update, says bike is up to date, thumb throttle stops working and I can't figure out how to get it in unlimited mode. If I reset update to default, thumb throttle works again but still can't access unlimited mode...?
Mine was acting up sometimes as well so make sure the app says unlimited sometimes it likes to go to class 1 idk why. Make sure it saves it. If it keeps glitches you might have to contact super 73
@@dominating_reality Update.. my friend just got it to work by using his iPhone 10 but for some reason it would not work on my 2019 Samsung Galaxy 😡

On the lil screen on the super 73 for speed it shows km/h don't show mph. How can I fix that

Why my throttle wont work in mode 28 mph ?? My off road works but the 28 mph isn’t working

The 37 means how many miles until it runs out of battery
Correct i would say its less than that depends on temperature and throttle usage as well as terrain
When did you order yours? I ordered mine 2 days ago? And was the shipping long?
I ordered March 13th originally had ordered the OG in October but changed due to a massive delay. Took less than 4 months got it at the start of July. Shipping was 3 days.
what if i get the app change it to mode 4 and then delete the app?
Should stay in mode 4 I’ve been having issues where it keeps defaulting to mode 2 after each restart of the bike
@@dominating_realitymy mode 4 ( 28 mph ) isn’t working.. my throttle won’t go in mode 4.. itlll go for the other modes but not 4

No dark mode on my iPhone 14 Max. Must be Android only.
I have a iPhone 13 now uses dark mode check settings in app and on phone

How do you make a go top speed?
Change the class mode in the app to 4 top speed is about 31
Why do you have a license plate?
It's just for fun doesn't actually mean anything on roads
