My husband is 14 years older than me and it has never been a problem until he turned about 68 and slowed down tremendously. He is now 75 and ready to just stay home and do nothing and I am not at that point yet.

You and I are in the same boat. My husband is also 14 years older than me He’s turning 71 in August and I’m 57 so I can relate. He’s starting to slow down but he’s still doing better than I expected so there’s that but yeah. It does affect differently as the years go on

Age is nothing, just numbers. I am 52 and my husband is 61 , my sister and her late husband had 25 years between them, my sister in law and brother in law have 24 years between them. David and I have been together for 28 years, we couldn’t have any children but I have a 35yr old stepson and he and our daughter in law have given us 4 beautiful & amazing grandchildren, 3 girls and 1 boy. 13, 10, 8 & 6 the 8yr old is the boy.
