It actually goes deeper than the chemicals! This aspect is Electric Charges like Static.... Our bodies run on Electrics. We "Need" to be at a Specific Charge and PH.
Combo Fabrics Cause Static, which Throws Off our Internal Charge. Then Sickness (Malfunction) can occur.
Going to bed in Polester, Nylon and Polyester/Cotton guarantees this Static Charge Alteration. Even IF your bedding is Cotton? The nightie of Nylon WILL Cause the Charge Change!
The bed and Sleep Cycles are a Clean/Rebuild Time. Repairs TO each System, happens AT Specific Times. But? We are trying to Do this IN the Wrong Electric Charge!!
You are on the right Path!! Bravo! ❤

My mom always insisted that the only underwear that was good to wear was cotton.

The more “advanced” out technology becomes, the more tempting it is to go with something else, but I think your mom was right!
Thanks for watching, and I hope to see you back again soon.

It’s going to take awhile to get rid of it all, but it feels good to have a start! Good luck!

I was on the hunt for 100% cotton blankets for our RV for my kids beds so I don’t have to bring ours from inside the house! Grabbed 4 with your link!

Thank you for the link! Amazon in Canada had the same price for the lane linen sheets-which never happens!

A tip for drying things with low or no heat - throw a dry towel in the dryer with the sheets, it will help absorb the moisture

Thanks for sharing this great information. This makes me want to start looking at the labels of my clothing, bedding, curtains and all the fabrics in my house. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, I didn't realize how much synthetic fabrics there are in the items listed above.

I was shocked too, and disheartened to see what I’ve been trying to avoid in the kitchen has been being worn on my body!
Thanks for watching, and good luck with your purge.

Love this! A few years ago I switched out all my kids sheets to 100% cotton and homemade quilts. I had no idea they were made of polyester!

    • @thehometownhomestead
      @thehometownhomestead  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

It’s wild how much of it is out there!
Even homemade quilts can (likely do) have poly batting inside if they were made in the past couple of decades.
We’re surrounded, but being proactive is what is needed to keep it out!

Thank you. I’ve been wanting to move slowly in that direction too. Little by little as I can. Oh, where did you get the peachy top you were wearing in your last video (freezer breakfasts) around the 13 min mark? It looks like a textured gauze fabric, and I really like it! If it was thrifted, what’s the brand? Thanks! 😊

That shirt is Natrual Reflections from Bass Pro Shops. I LOVE it, but last time I was in the store it was sold out. They do have a few other similar items though, and it’s 100% cotton. 🙌🏻
