Whatever it is, it contains soda crystals for cleaning, mixed with vinegar and some washing up liquid with some water into a spray bottle. Mix well and spray on whatever you want to clean. For stubborn or baked in/greasy stains just leave on overnight. Then clean on the next day.

My daddy owned rental property. For years, renters have always left them in pretty good conditions. In the last 5 years, he rented the property people would leave the property in mess and tear up things. Plus, the yards were a mess with garbage and would not mow the property. He finally decided to repair the properties and sales. It is a shame that people show no respect for other people things.

I can't believe that tenants are so dirty.It's a pigsty and I sympathize with the landlord,it's really discouraging and what makes me mad it the fact that the law is mostly always on the tenant's side!I am a tenant and have been living in the same apartment for the past 37 years and I am not ashamed to show off my apartment to anyone.And I'm 81 now.Some people have no self-respect

If you get a good tenant, you are lucky. If you get a terrible tenant, it can be a nightmare. Sometimes, tenant can be so terrible, you don't feel like renting anymore just leave it empty.

Если вы берётесь за клининг , нужно делать добросовестно . Уборка начинается с потолка , все шкафы вы должны были вымыть в нутри . Окна , сетки , стены , между плиткой стыки ... Шкафы все отодвигать , всю мебель ... Вы ни чего не отодвигаете , щели все остаются грязные , стены , плинтуса - чернючии и т.д ... Я бы вас - ни когда не наняла .
