Why not give "Precision Hydration" a try, If Jason West takes that as part of his nutrition approach for events, and for that matter, many other top athletes are using that approach. Perhaps it might help mitigate these cramps you experienced in the Singapore heat/humid conditions. All the Best!! GG!
