actually, strawberry has dark brown ish seeds when it's fully ripened, so you are not wrong with the colors:) I already tried that one and I love the texute! thank you for the furmula!
Hey Tara I absolutely love scrubmas and I think this is my favorite scrub so far with the confetti being #2. If you used a whipped soap base what percentage would you use it at? Would love to see you make a scrub with a soap base for those who don’t want to work with powdered sci 😭
Actually I got strawberry lip flavour oil to make my lip balm and some whipped soap but after seeing this is so perfect and the colour was so great i have pink mica can I use pink mica sister here ❤
I would use a different formula. If you don’t want a whipped one then I have a lot of other scrub recipes on my channel. Whipped scrubs always start with a whipped and jiggly base
Thanks so much for your reply. I’m definitely going to try this one first, just so I can form a proper opinion. It will be my first scrub you see. May I say that I’m really enjoying your channel and having much fun watching. I think you have a very good manner of explaining things and it’s very useful and valuable that you share your honest opinion on what you have just formulated 😊.
It shouldn’t if you add it under 100 degrees. I own my own Bath and body shop and make my products and I’ve never had any issues with my sugar dissolving when you add it under 100°.
Yeah it could dissolve. Some dissolved when I added it into this product. Some sugar always dissolves with foaming scrubs. From my experience though, no more sugar dissolves overtime though. I know I said it could, at the beginning of the comment because I do think that it could if you end up getting more water in the scrub from the shower or maybe your formula is different and it does cause it to dissolve later. Idk I can’t say what the stability of every product will be.
I’ve talked about how to calculate this on my Patreon. So I won’t be here on TH-cam. I do have a few video that are free on my channel about how to make glycolic and salicylic acid products. So by watching those videos you can also learn how to do it. It’s basically trial and error. So you have to experiment by adding ph buffer until you get your desired ph. I have a topic about ph here on my channel for free. I promise, I’ve made enough free content on my TH-cam channel that if you watch them you will be able to learn everything you need in order to formulate.
Love this scrubmas series. I also love how happy you are when you make these videos. You are awesome tara

Hi tara, any idea how those dissolvable balls with actives can be made ourselves?

Did Preservative for the total amount including the sugar? Thank you for sharing your knowledge. You are awesome!
Great video! If one wants less „jigglyness“ do I adjust the stearic acid? 😅

Tara in your alpha arbutin brightening moisturizer can i add same amount of disodium EDTA instead of sodium phytate? Kindly reply
Follow the suggested usage rate provided by the seller who you bought it from
Can I replace stearic acid with something else?
Can you make homemade makeup primer
please does the sugar dissolve over time in this type of scrub ?

@@rlpittard even if it's a water-based formula ? (with glycerin and liquid surfactants etc)

Hi if I want to make lite slippery what I have to decrease?? Plz reply
Sugar. Use a non dissolvable exfoliant. The sugar adds a mushiness since it dissolves a bit. I would also use only 1% stearic
Love it❤
Please share a free calculation of buffer for salicylic acid and glycolic acid?
