Rope dropping Hagrids at Islands of Adventure

Today you join us as we rope drop the IOA park for Hagrid's Magical Creatures motorbike Adventure. (not gonna type all that again....) We headed to Velocicoaster followed by Forbidden Journey. The latter sent us a bit giddy so we headed towards the front of the park to get some breakfast from Cinnabon - it was much awaited and delicious. Straight after that we went on The Hulk and gave ourselves a headache and ear-ache being rattled about!
We did a quick lap of Superhero Island and then went back to the hotel for some lunch (a delicious cheese platter from Dockside) and had an afternoon by the pool. We intended to go back into Universal Studios to watch the Cinespectacular Show. However the rain had other ideas and we ended up dashing into the Horror Make up Show to avoid the epic storm. That show is great though so no complaints. We did the Jimmy Fallon ride too but gave up after that and headed to the Aventura Hotel for a few drinks and a meal. We had been recommended to go there by someone and it was superb. Food was great, drinks were great, staff were super and views were epic. We have vowed to go back there when it's not pouring with rain so we can sit by the window and look at he views - its under cover but open at the sides as it's glass so the rain was coming in! Fantastic day all round - the weather never stops our plans, just rearranges them slightly.
