    1. Early dinner only fruits before 6.30 pm and citrus juice at 5pm. Add dry fruits if you are weak.
    2. Lunch: Add pulka and lot of curries and reduce rice quantity. Add soyabean if you have any harmone problem.
    3. Drink lot of water in a day for skin glow.
    4. Have sprouts in breakfast for atleast 5 days in a week inorder to balance all hormones.
    5. Do excercise or suryanamaskarams for one hour in a day.

      @@umaveginati5021 Hallo. Naa time table morning 5 am starting avutundi. 5 am to 10 am water tagutu panulu cheasukuntanu. 11 to 11.30 keera+carrot +beetroot+1 lemon 300ml Juice. Next 12.30 to 2 pm lopu molakalu lunch over. 4 pm ki water and 6 pm to 7 pm lo papaya+dosakaya and finally before sleeping i drink water. Ika velunu batti currys kuda tintaanu. And my day is over with this plan
