In our small town where we do our shopping, there’s a small hobby shop, a dollar store, a Red Apple, and a pawn shop where I buy my Pokémon cards. Watching this made us feel like we were watching someone local, but actually, it’s our favourite Pokémon themed youtuber. Another great video @PokeRev! My countdown is over, and today is my youngest son Zachariah’s 9th birthday! Happy Birthday to him!

It’s always a good time finding older product! I usually find stuff on road trips in the middle of nowhere
I feel like it’s always worth asking staff if they have any old pokemon stock in the back. Seen some crazy finds from just doing that

I actually bought one of those small tins the other week at a DG, and I pulled a Mew V Alt Art. Thing was, I didn't know that it was an alt art until a friend of mine checked it out, I was genuinely surprised at the pull!

It's so cool to find older product in stores, but it's such a risk if it's a reprint. I've had to start checking the codes, the other day I was able to find two pokeballs in target with cosmic in them thanks to that trick.
Those mini tins are and have been in stores for every single year since 2019!😂😆 the latest/best one's have 1 Evolving Skies & 1 Brilliant Stars.
Some other version's include 1 Chilling Reign & 1 Fusion.
1 Fusion & 1 Rebel.
1 Vivid & 1 Darkness.
1 Vivid & 1 Swsh base.
1 XY Evolutions & 1 Sword&Shield base.
1 Xy Evolutions & 1 Burning Shadow.

I'm always excited when I'm able to find dollar packs of old sun and moon sets in stores, if I ever saw these tins or other old products, I'd definitely flip out and be too hesitant to open it
I really like it when rev goes into the stores to find and buy pokemon products and then open it in the pokecave, its like rev is touring us and showing as what to buy
That was fun to watch, and it is amazing what you can find in some shops as they leave the stock on the shelf until they are sold out

If anyone is wondering, the Mimi tins are $14 at dollar general and $17 at Walgreens. I got a tin last week and got two alt arts in one tin.

Yeah or hé Just keep putting the effort looking for stuff. If you dont search you hardly ever Will find so many great deals and gems but yeah then you should go hunting often . On singles and sealed and you Will Just be as lucky now and then

Don’t feel bad, my local Dollar General rarely gets them at all. It’s wild how many less places you can find them nowadays, especially in smaller towns such as mine.

If your country has like charity shops try them. I found one and they hard singles from 2017 for sale at $7.50 (Australian) picked up a semi decent charizard GX and they had about 200 other cards for sale.

Not gonna lie bought the Snorlax tin from Dollar General for $15, saw they had ES & BS. Went back the next day and bought all the tins they had. Local shops around me are selling ES between $10 and $15 a piece. Definitely a seller’s market.

I live in England and I have also been caught out by these mini tins!! Except I ended up with Darkness Ablaze and Vivid Voltage 😆I like the artwork cards and tins themselves though so never mind 😅

I got burned by these same tins driving home from the beach in the middle of nowhere Delaware and thought I had stumbled onto a treasure! Only to find the exact same two packs inside Fusion Strike and Rebel Clash LOL.

Same happened to me. Saw all the old Tins and bought one of each. Just a bunch of rebel clash and fusion strike.
I went to the dollar general and found a tin that had fallen behind a bunch of random boxes under where the pokemon cards are sold! Evolving skies packs inside.. paid for itself and more with how expensive ES is now

Literally the day before this was uploaded, I visited my local DG and they also had a case sitting out with these very same tins. Needlessly to say, I was yelling at the screen trying to warn you in vain 😂

You got Nickit and then Nickit Reverse. That's trippy when it happens.
So, the Mimikyu tins have The Snorlax and Darkrai counter parts, and after opening about 10-15 of those tins it seems like it always comes with 1 Brilliant stars, 1 Fusion Strike, and 1 Evo skies
Gotta say those mini tins feel a lil too expensive but the artworks on them r awesome
