My folding handle bar attachment is loose and not attached to my bike as shown in the video and in the instructions. seems my bike is faulty. See 1:59 where the tube is attached and just folds up. Mine is separate.

Hi, The L20 2.0 has an innertube.
I have one of these on the way to me as we speak.How many teeth are the front chainring? i want to upgrade to larger to eliminate ghost pedaling.
Hi, our current L20 2.0 uses 48 teeth and a chain of 124 sections.
The maximum sprocket can be replaced with a 52-tooth sprocket, and the chain needs to be replaced with a 126-section chain.
But we don’t recommend you to modify it, because you will lose the warranty qualification after modification.
Can a 5’0 woman ride this comfortably? Specifically can both feet touch the ground?
Hi,
L20 2.0 is suitable for people with a height of 5.4ft-6.2ft to ride.
The highest height of the saddle from the ground is 103cm. The lowest height from the ground is 90cm. Hope this helps.
Just my FYI but I'm replacing the seat with a wide seat w/no shock support... this will lower the seat height. I ordered this bike, I already have a T14 2 years now. Engwe is an awesome company with great customer service. Hope this helps :) (my T14 is very well made, I am very happy. I also want a bigger ebike so I recently bought the eBike featured here). I"m 5"4' just to mention.
