      And to answer your stupid question that I have not known of SM in China. I knew of SM China already. They are not known in the Philippines and they are mostly 2nd or third tier cities in china.

    That SM store in Tianjin has very few people inside.
    In contrary SM malls in the Philippines are most of the over crowded especially during Christmas season.

      they go there in during a lunchtime in weekday..
      you must try to visit SM North during Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 12nn same vibes just like you watched here

    Henry Sy is the owner of SM Malls, he's Fil-Chinese. Currently China have 8 SM mall branches.

    SM in Xiamen has an official Apple store. And has a Walmart. SM in Tianjin is a fidget-spinner shaped mall.

      Well even their Biggest Malls in the World are still open even if some TH-camrs visited it way back before and during the pandemic said, that the stores in those malls occupied are more or less 25% of the whole building and all stores are near the front entrance.

      One major reason why SM and other malls in the Philippines have lots of foot traffic is because they have integrated transit terminals and connections to railway stations.

    You shoud climb the part of the Great Wall located there in Tianjin...less people and very scenic. Fall is the perfect time to climb the Great Wall.

    Most of billionaires in the Philippines were originated in china and spain(according to forbes) i think that place is where Henry Sy(see not sai) came from. he literally planted a landmark in his original place.

    SM supermalls originally stared in Manils. in Quiapo as a Shoe store. by a chineese Born filipino businessman Henry Sy (Filipino Citizen), expanded his business to multiple malls and now the one of the Largest Mall Conglamurate in the Philippines. SM is based in the philippines and has expanded also to China. Sy passed away in 2019 at an age of 94.

    Sm should build also SM malls and named it as SM mall of South East Asia to be build in every ASEAN member country and SM of the world, and in China, SM should build also named SM mall of the Universe and I do hope SM will branch out also reaching as far as Middle East, Europe, Africa, India, North America particularly in Canada and USofA and in South America like in Brazil, peru Argentina and Australia and in Russia..

    Man, SM Tianjin looks a bit depressing with little foot traffic due to its country's current economic recession. By its design alone, SM Tianjin would've and should've been a great looking mall built in the Philippines.
    I'm also noticing a lack of major public transportation in that area. I hope this SM Mall doesn't suffer the same fate as South China Mall.
