IMHO You went wrong with the French dressing, the dressing here is an almost fluorescent orange and very sweet tasting with a tangy edge. Chemical overload but it's so good. 😁
It should also be Thousand Island Dressing not French. Growing up we made knock off Big Mac sauce all the time and it was literally just 1000 island dressing & sweet pickle relish mixed together.

My Big Mac was missing the cheese, onions and pickles this time. The last two times prior it came similar to what Josh and Ollie got with the middle and top bun on top with nothing in the middle. It can't be that hard to put together their flagship sandwich but apparently, it is for some. 😛

That's not the original recipe that leaked years ago from Mc Donald's CEO. Try instead: - 3 tbs mayo - 1 tbs american mostard (the very yellow one) - 1tbs sweet relish or 1-2 mashed pickles (small ones) with a pinch of sugar - 1 tee spoon powdered onion (prefer powder to natural to last longer in the fridge) - 1/2 tee spoon powdered garlic - 1 tee spoon paprika There's no need to add extra sourness (vinegar) if your mustard is already sour. My advice is to try it first without, and then add 1 tee spoon vinegar if needed.
I'm a vegetarian but I love seeing how Josh and Ollie just grow closer and closer over time when it's usually reversed. It's incredibly moving and the episodes and livestreams are hysterical

It sTANk, but the burgers didn't taste the same without it. The patties get salt and pepper on them at the end of their cooking. Also, your bread probably had way less sugar in it lol

Counter means you (morning) put together shake/ice cream machine, go up and downstairs to stock up cups, bags, etc, drop fries, nuggets, and fish, clean, take orders and serve. You might also help out by running back to the walk in to fetch more onions ir lettuce or something. Those who close take apart and clean the machines, etc

No.......no, no, no, bright orange, sweet, tangy American French dressing. NOT oil and vinegar French dressing. I may have done myself an injury with how hard I rolled my eyes.
Some tips for the sauce use Gherkin Relish not sweet mustard pickles. Ketchup/tomato sauce instead of the dressing. Dried onion granules. A dash of vinegar. I am pretty sure the burger patties have onion powder, pepper and salt in them but very very lightly seasoned so. Also, if you have them in the U.K go for Fehlbergs Special Burger Pickles. They taste pretty much identical to maccas pickles
Big Mac's are extremely small now & when I was a kid & teenager (53) they were the size of what you just made! Everything got smaller & more expen$ive. KFC had EXCELLENT CRINKLE FRIES TOO!

Some tips for the sauce use Gherkin Relish not sweet mustard pickles. Ketchup/tomato sauce instead of the dressing. Dried onion granules.
A dash of vinegar.
I am pretty sure the burger patties have onion powder, pepper and salt in them but very very lightly seasoned so.
Also, if you have them in the U.K go for Fehlbergs Special Burger Pickles. They taste pretty much identical to maccas pickles

Big Mac's are extremely small now & when I was a kid & teenager (53) they were the size of what you just made! Everything got smaller & more expen$ive. KFC had EXCELLENT CRINKLE FRIES TOO!

I think making homemade ice cream would be nice and fun. And it is a treat that most people like and can eat. There are so many flavours to experiment with but the basic vanilla and chocolate would also be nice.
