Hi ,
Loved the video. Is there any way I can assign non lateral precast walls and columns? In my Project. I only want the shear walls to take seismic loads not the columns or walls.

HI Hurair, thanks! Yes, you can go to assign> stiffeness modifier> set f12 to a very small value like 0.01, select the non-stability shear walls and apply it to them.
for columns, you can put them as pin top and bottom, but they will always attract a little bit of push and pull loads due to the slab. If you want to completely avoid this, then you need to assign the floor slabs as a membrane element and not a shell element.
