The Mecha-Saw MOAB DESTROYS Bloons?!

Today we're adding a special MOAB which fights for you in Bloons TD 6! The Mechasaw MOAB is an epic MOAB bloon which spawns with the Rosalia mod. The mod gives Rosalia a ton of extra benefits and the MECHASAW is one of those benefits. The Mechasaw has several tiers and it's overpowered.
