Does God Satisfy Every Desire?

- We know and find rest in the belief that Jesus truly fulfills every desire. So how do we navigate the desires we have in day to day life, and what's the right theology around Jesus giving them to us? I haven't found all the right answers, but here's my take from what I know now...with the knowledge that I wouldn't be who I am today if He did.

Thanks for sharing and giving clarity about God giving His children whatever they want- or fulfill our every desire. Psalm 37:4 Matthew 6:33 are often misinterpreted! God will never give us anything that’s not in His will. We can ask- but it doesn’t always mean He’s going to give it! Awesome point that God knows what we really want and need and that’s what He provides!!! Thank you!!! If we delight ourselves in Him completely COMPLETELY our desires and cravings goes from “Lord give me everything I ask for “ to “Lord I want whatever you want me to have because you know what’s best for me - and I trust you” “Whatever’s in your will for me to have- I’ll accept it.” He becomes our desire -and the more of Him that we discover we began to crave and desire more of Him! Then all we want to do is please Him. Those petty earthly desires will fade away the deeper we fall in love with Him ❤
