You have this setup so anyone that see sit can edit, which will change things if they alter anything. You also have personal information including full names/addresses. You should remove to lorum ipsum or blank and change to "view only" for people that aren't you. People can create a copy if they want it.
I had it as "View Only" before which was causing people issues that wanted to download a copy. Now the pain is people saving personal data without making a copy. I wish I had a link that would just automatically create for them a copy. Thoughts?

I'm to sure Jeff, if there is a way for you to make a google doc available for download but that we cannot EDIT the original version... just out downloaded one? anything to prevent people from not following directions and editing the original document, making it not very useable for others

The other thing to check is to go to drive.google.com. On the left, there is an option that says "Shared with me". You might be able to find your version in there as well.

Hey Jo, Normally I work in Excel so I'm not sure if this is possible with Google Sheets and Google Docs. What I would do is Export this to Microsoft Excel. You can then use Microsoft Word to Mail Merge the data from the Donor Summary tab into the letter to create a statement. I wish I would have set this up directly in that Donor Tracker template.
