I put this build together and I'm still figuring out how to keep those RPM that high. The maximum RPM I get is 1997 with Striker and the exotic holster
So the chest on the first build is a Palisade with CHD, WH, and CHD mod, i guess the WH is just because its not optimal, and Obliterate? probably wouldnt hurt to have on Xbox though. then need the other 4 striker pieces i guess is the usual 4 you would do for any green crit build. but rolled to Blue core. edited for clarity.
I know this is smg focused but if you had a build to run in pvp what would you use? If you could post a pvp build it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

U want full crit i just haven't played much palisade so didn't have a perfect one
What are the details of rest of set? There is protection in all, but the talents.. and etc.

If you switch to your pistol you get the bonus too you don't have to switch to grenade
Then you loose chatterbox stacks

Do you mean Damage to armor vs Damage to target out of cover? If so then Damage to target out of cover is better.

you gotta have everything procced, also when going in to inventory it sometimes doesnt show all the buffs, its pretty buggy
