Are fakes a problem in other parts of the world? In the U.S. authentic vans are so easy to come by and cheap that idk why anyone would buy them at places other than retailers.

Hi! Actually fakes are everywhere: mass market copies are more spread in poor countries, where $20 difference is a great sum and luxury goods copies are popular in developed and well-developed countries.
Also sometimes fake producers sell knock-offs at a price of real items, especially online.
So, nevertheless it's good to be aware of fake imitations.
In Vietnam average income is about 2000$ . But a lot of people live with income below 300$ . So they will buy a fake one and they even known that they're buying it

What most people seem to not understand is that you NEED to get your Vans straight from a Vans store or website anywhere else other than maybe a skate shop are fake af. As someone who has worked at Vans I can assure you that most fakes are made by vans so they can make a shittier version for cheaper that has to be replaced sooner. Vans store or Website unless you want to waste your money.
I sold Vans in my shop for years and also purchased some personal pairs from Nordstrom. Made in China doesn't necessarily mean fake. I have some that came direct from Vans that say Made In China.

I got Full Black Old Skool Vans. Theyre originals, but they got only 7 holes. Im 100% sure that is just by the my foot size ( 38 EU )

mine as well. i started to freak out lol but then i read on the internet that the number of holes depends on the size of your shoes. for example, if you have a smaller size the holes are gonna be less. so yeah i'm pretty sure they're original

Hi! The color of heel logo patch differs: red, white and other colours in mono-colour models. So, it's ok when it's white with black lettering!;)

In 80% the barcode and QR-codes are active and if the barcode doesn't function on a box sticker, try to scan that one, that's on the inner tongue side.

Hi! The colour of logo on the sole differs and depends on a model and general shoe colour. So, black on white version - is quite popular and it's ok. Concerning the eyelets quantity - it depends on shoe model and size, thus if eyelets are with metal rings then up to 38 European size VANS shoes have 6 eyelets, 38 and bigger - 7 eyelets; if eyelets are without metal rings, then: up to 38 - 7 eyelets, after - 38 - 8 eyelets.

Idk if mine are real since my vans have 7 shoelace holes, the back isn't as flexible as the real ones, it has a bit of glue showing on the sides, and the front rubber thing is kinda wiggly but everything else seems to be real I'm a size 6 in women's
I have three vans in my collection... One has CLK, other had HF and the third has IFC. So no doubt first pair is original but I doubt about second and third pair. One is from Vietnam and other from China but when I scanned their barcode they got scanned and took me to some website. I have checked all other specifications stated by you and they all have passed in it so are they original??? Please help...
Hi, Rahul! Please check 02.18 video, you'll see a list of countries, where authentic VANS are produced. Among them exist codes, mentioned by you - HF means Vietnam, IFC means China. So, everything is correct here.
Now concerning the barcode scanning: I do this for checking if it works (if a sticker has data or if it is just a painting). In your case a barcode works and shows you the best price of your shoes, where you can buy them. That's it!
So if other characteristics are the same as authentic shoes own, nothing is wrong with your sneakers! ;)

The first and biggest giveaway that she skipped is the big logo on the box... Vans logo for the Old Skools (and all of their skate wear) is a skateboard, not a surfboard, lol... this 6 minute video could have ended in 30 seconds.

1) отверстия с металлическими люверсами:
