After I heard the songs, the memories came back. Ads were so much better back then. The original Shirley Temple was made with, Lemon-Lime soda and Ginger Ale. When I was with my grandparents, we would go to the country club they belonged to and I would always order one of those. I had to sit on my knees to reach the straw because I was so short. Shasta Cream Soda was my favorite. At big family events I remember grabbing one out of the cooler with mostly melted ice in it.
That’s interesting about the original Shirley Temple, I had no idea! And yes, the commercials back then were so memorable with such catchy songs.
I remember Shasta-our favorite was the grapefruit. They also had a chocolate one but that was not so good, lol.
I don’t remember either of those flavors, but I know they had a ton of choices!

GREAT VIDEO BROTHER!! Hey, Do You remember an Apple Soda? It WASN'T green Apple, it was red Apple, the can was light brown, & there was ALSO an Apple popsicle, Apple Fruit roll-Ups! SORRY, it's just EVERYTHING BECAME GREEN APPLE all of a sudden! OH, even Apple Pop-Tarts! MAYBE I'M JUST NUCKIN' FUTZ?
