ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is an almost unknown phenomenon and has practically not been studied. There are those who refer to it as "brain orgasms", others speak of "brain massages" or "tingling in the head".
This is something I discovered a long time ago and changed my life completely. In a world where stress and immediacy abound, a little relaxation does not come at all bad.
I hope that by doing this I can help someone find a bit of calm.
