"I tried my best to kill him": Suspect in custody after ex-Pakistan PM Imran Khan shot during rally

- A man said to be a suspect in the shooting that injured Pakistan's former prime minister Imran Khan during a convoy protest said he intended to kill him and acted alone, according to video released by Khan's party on Thursday.
"I tried my best to kill him. Only Imran Khan. I did not want to kill anyone else," the unidentified suspect said.
Khan was shot in the shin in what his aides said was a clear assassination attempt by his rivals.
The ousted prime minister was six days into a protest procession, standing and waving to thousands of cheering supporters from the roof of a container truck when shots rang out and chaos ensued.

There was a automatic weapon that was also shot from one of the houses close by. Than this guy got tackled by supporters in the crowd but he still shot twice. This guy was not alone like its soo obvious so don’t get fooled by his words.

@@Ak-wv7dt true too but the crime scene was not secured properly as reporters were seen touching the bullet holes as if they were forensic experts.
I do not think even s six years old could get fooled, the confession was so dumb that they made him give another confession and when that did not convince even a clueless puppy, they just made him disappear.

The police officer whoever took this interview statement is also involved. This was a preplan with other accomplices. They released the statement so they can calm the public. Anything is possible nowdays.

The shooter seems fearless in his interview and the questions and answers look like a stage show.
When he was saying that he was alone, very clear that he was acting on the orders of some big fishes, probably the ISI. This operation was very similar to Bombay terror attack shooting, that to shoot anybody in front of him.
Just because you are a wuss and cant fathom the thought of it doesn’t mean he is lying. His confidence in telling shows that he is speaking the truth.
