Kinds of Hurt || PPC || LLB Part 3

Causing of hurt to another person is an offence under Pakistan Penal Code. Hurt is harm caused to human body other than death.
Five kinds of hurt have been stated in section 332.P.P.C and also provides punishment for hurt In other various provisions.
In Qatl victim is to deprive of his life but in case of hurt he is to suffer bodily harm other than death.
