Redundant and terminated is not the same. Both can apply again and as you have said, redundant will be called. Terminated may apply. Whether they will accept terminated crew, I can not say.
One Question regarding Grooming. We regularly clean underarms but Do we need to do waxing or remove arms/hands hairs ? Is it compulsory or it will nor matter at all....?

You MUST remove the hair. Not only for Qatar Airways, but for hygienic reasons. In Qatar Airways it is a MUST!!!

As for Emirates they will accept you untill and unless you have no visible tattoos where as Qatar doesn't accept any tattoos.
I was hired with tattoo. So many of my friends.
