Lol this happened to me and my family on the 294 freeway in Illinois, someone robbed a bank and threw the money out the window, we all hopped out and started grabbing cash as police few past to catch the car, the highway was a dead stop, even after grabbing the cash witch was like over 4 k between the 4 of us I didn’t see one cop stop or anything arrested and trust me we got stuck in dead stop traffic for a while. Seem like anything you do in California will get you locked up
