    Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It would be great to have some stats displayed on the screen at the end of the test or candle review to help me track each candle. Also, I remember you explaining what "wick mushrooming" is, but I can't recall the details or what the ideal wick should look like.

      You're welcome. I'm not quite sure what you mean by stats. Are you talking about numbers and statistics? When it comes to testing my candles, it's mostly notes that I write down of things to look for within my candles, not so much numbers and statistics. As for wick mushrooming, the reason why I observe that is because too much mushrooming on a wick could mean that it's building up too much wax and carbon particles which can cause some issues for how the wick and candle performs. There really is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to wicks. The only ideal wick is the wick that works best with your ingredients.

      This is so true. A lot of people think it's as simple as putting a wick with some wax and fragrance oil inside a pretty little jar. But there's so much more to it.
