    Burnt caramel pudding [W18.5×D18.5×H5.5cm]
    *I use Iwaki's 1.2L heat-resistant glass container 😊
    for caramel
    ●Granulated sugar 70g
    ●Water 1 tablespoon
    ●1 tablespoon of water to stop the color
    pudding fabric
    ●4 eggs
    ●Milk 400ml
    ●Granulated sugar 50g
    ●A few drops of vanilla essence
    *It's even more delicious if you use vanilla beans.
    ●Appropriate amount of butter to spread on the mold
    ① Mix granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of water in a small pot, heat it, and when it becomes brown and fragrant, add 1 tablespoon of water to stop the color.
    ②Pour into a buttered mold while still hot and let cool.
    ③Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Then add sugar, warmed milk, and vanilla extract and mix.
    ④Once strained, slowly pour it into ②.
    ⑤ Fill a large deep frying pan with water, place the mold in it and cover it with plastic wrap (lid). Once the water has boiled, cover it and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes, then take it out and let it cool down in the refrigerator.
