Pelican Paradise Public Park Proposal to Government - Timor Leste

Pelican Paradise Timor Leste proposed a design plan for the allocated public park plot in Tasi Tolu. This Public Park is to honour the timorese by creating a museum for those who have fallen in the war and a parade square for formal events. The land initially was provided to Pelican Paradise for Development but after the Company learnt about the land we decided to give it back as we understood the land is sacret and a historical site and should be managed by the State.
