I just wanted to clarify few things, In reality, becoming a CM involves more procedural steps and political negotiations than shown in the movie. Bharat’s swift rise to power is simplified for storytelling purposes, however it is possible to become CM without election or prior political involvement (but there many complications and procedures for it). Bharat makes several unilateral decisions that might be challenging to implement so quickly in a real political scenario due to bureaucratic and political hurdles, like the traffic rules it’s possible for CM to directly request for implementation of laws but it’s also possible to stop it by the home minister or other ministers in cabinet to force the new law to be discussed in parliament and party hall so Bharat’s idea would have taken years to even come true.
yeah they forgot that majority of MLAs need to be in support of CM to implement any laws and make any rules and it is not possible to become CM if you are not MLA aur MLC yourself.

I don't know if you'll read this comment but, "Leader" is another telugu political movie starring Rana. It gives a very good representation of how Indian politics really works, showing the dark reality of the political leaders.
