Welcome to today's show! We are making the AMAZING Casio e Pepe from Magnolia Cookbook Vol 3. This is one of my favorite dishes to eat - it's simple, not too saucy - and I love pepper!! The Pepper in Peppered Peach is actually for this type of pepper! It's important to get the cheese right here or it can get clumpy :).
