Fantastic video, thank you! For somebody that's been playing just shy of six months, would you expect them to be able to comfortably play through the whole range on a tenor? I find that anything above high C I struggle with, especially since I moved up to a more open mouthpiece and even though the low notes (C, B, Bb) come out okay individually, playing them in quick succession, especially when playing high, then low, seems like hit and miss. I've been playing overtones, scales, long tones, etc, but it doesn't seem like I'm making good progress in that regard :(
Thank you Johnny!
you r Master ..can I have some lessons please 🙏❤🙏
Love these videos, excellent
This is definitely the most comprehensive video about this that I've seen, but I just can't bring myself to like a video that "air-quotes" my problems
It's a confidence thing. lol. At least for me. I have to start going in like "I got this!"
Thank You Johnny. My range on the alto is from low bflat to triple G.
wow right on Bob!
I can get my notes really high I just hate that I struggle to hold them out for longer times and/or keep a resonant tone in the higher ranges.
Impressive 👍

You are my idol
I am working slowly on your Altissimo course so I am so understanding the importance of playing in the heavens. Lol
