MAM ME KAFI NERVOUS HU KYA YE THIK HO JAYEGA? YA FITIRE ME KOI PROBLEM HOGI??

Nervous hone ki koi bat nhi hai.... dislocation close reduction se thik ho jata h...aap rest kijiye...doctor ne jesa bola hai....agr aap ko koi b problem aati he kisi b trh ki...to apn doctor se fir se bat kr skte h...agr gait me koi problem aaye to aap physiotherapy le skte h....
Tension lene Ki koi bat nhi h....aap jld hi thik ho jayege
