My brother met with an accident..which caused fracture of femur and raw area wound below the calf region(no fracture in tibia),he had an external fixation for about 35 days..and after that skin graft is done on the below knee region..after 35 days only femur shaft surgery is done(IMN),so after a week we discharged from hospital..that is 42nd day..after a week after discharging from hospital..my brother had a pus discharge,from the hole which is left for blood drinage after surgery...we informed the doctors and they gave antibiotics tablets,and from then on pus discharge reduced slightly..and today is 24th day..today..he has soo.so..little discharge..like 2 drops..will this condition.. cured by oral antibiotics...or..wil it be nessary for a surgery???
