    sir, I doubt whether she told the fact. Especially Tunas contain red blood unlike most of the fishes. As we know where there is red blood there is cholesterol, that too mainly LDL. But Most of the Sea or River fish are White blooded. So there is no bad cholesterol in most of the fishes. Please find out the Nutrition facts of red-blood in Tunas and the cholesterol content there in.
