Don’t worry about the Tauforged shards or shards in general, they’ll skyrocket what’s capable but they are definitely not needed, Mesa will destroy everything regardless. Just stock up on shards whenever you get one.
Hey thanks for this video, and I don't normally do this, however since the claim was made it's the "best mesa build out there", I wanted to share how everyone can improve this, achieving solid red crits and way more damage. Everything Grind Hard said, except the following. Here we go: 1. Get Melee crescendo, even 1 copy will do but rank 1, 2 or 3 is better - I currently have Rank 3 with spending about 500p plus a couple crescendos I got from drops. 2. Use Vazarin focus school with Void Snare skill. This allows you to easily group up 5+ enemies and perform a finisher with your ceramic dagger. I do this to approx 2 decent size groups with Rank 3 Crescendo and end up at 12x initial once gun and blade is done stacking. (plus its so fun to stab a group of enemies tumbling around in your void snare =) 3. Mesa Build - Rank 2 Combat Discipline Aura. Allows you to fit an amazing 5 forma build but more importantly triggers the loss of health you need for Arcane Avenger...however Mesa's 3rd, Shatter Shield Grants 95% damage reduction, the loss from Combat Discipline rounds down to, yeap, 0 health lost. Enjoy proccing Arcane Avenger non stop from just killing enemies with no downside. It should be noted you should be able to still achieve 0 health loss with Rank 3 & 4 (not 5) Combat Discipline but I just didn't need to risk it cause my build fits perfectly with max rank mods. 4. Mesa Build - Mods. Combat Discipline/Mesa's Waltz in Exilus/Augur Secrets/Umbral Intensify/Transient/Primed Cont/Primed Flow/Adaptation/Energy Nexus. This gives you 226% Dur, 100% Eff, 34% Range, 223% Str. Adaptation further reduces the damage you take to practically nothing and energy nexus is a must, especially because you will be running out of energy if you don't have it and some content where you need to keep reactivating Peacemakers for little groups or just want to keep it active for huge hordes. Energy Nexus is effected by Nourish Helminth so I recommend putting that one on it as it increases energy gain from Nexus to 9.69/sec, when not using Peacemakers. His build also uses Nexus, Nourish and Adaptation, the only difference is the putting in Augur Secrets instead of Umbral Vitality because I didn't want to use 2 umbral forma due to Rank 2 Aura Mod. This build uses no Umbral forma at all. Also, Secrets gives you more strength and keeps replenishing shields as you recast abilities or peacemaker. Glorious! Don't sleep on Waltz, as needing to slightly readjust line of site to hit targets is a great quality of life and preparation mod is a bit of a waste because Nourish with Energy Nexus will get you filled up pretty fast 5. Regulators build, 3 formas. 60/60 mods are the biggest mistake most people make. Mesa kills very fast and most status ticks take 1 sec to even tick once. You can literally kill enemies before they tick an instance of status with this build. Instead go with a Heat Corrosive build that focuses on fire rate, raw elemental and crit damage and multishot. Galvanized Diffusion/Creeping Bullseye/Primed Target Cracker/Lethal Torrent/Anemic Agility/Primed Convulsion/Pathogen Rounds/Primed Heated Charge. Galvanized Shot is a huge waste of a mod as we already discussed status and the dps increase of damage per status is better spent on more fire rate. Trust me, fire rate is the key for Mesa. 6. Companion. I use Panzer Vulpaphyla. Tenacious Bond with Bite and Reinforced Bond with Calculated Redirection are massive bonuses for crit damage and fire rate to Mesa's regulators. Plus I love the Viral procs this guy does with Viral Quills. Martyr Symbiosis and Tek Assault are great to have as well. 7. Archon Shards. 2 Regular orange Topaz. 1 Tauforged orange Topaz. That's all I got. You might ask, don't we need status chance to proc heat before we kill them to ramp this up? With literally 10% status on my Regulators, I have no problem building the stacks. If you don't have a tauforged orange, use 3 regular oranges and you will be hitting majority red crit and 4 reg orange will be solid red. To sum up, I don't have a ceramic dagger Riven with initial combo, I don't use Ready Steel Aura and I don't use the Kavat. This build, when quick swapping weapons will go solid red crits (no orange), and do disgusting damage. The only barriers to the build are Melee Crescendo and Topaz Shards. Build it and you won't be disappointed. If I got some stuff wrong or could be better optimized, let me know! But I can tell you for certain it is a significant upgrade to the build video and since Mesa is a huge investment, I wanted to share this build with all of you.
how are you doing the finishers in steel path+ missions? is it group with the pull then do a jump slam? does your dagger do enough damage to kill from there?
@@evandillon5339 vazarin void snare sucks them all in. They tumble around and you just walk up, look down at them on a 45 degree angle and hit melee button. If you're not looking down on a 45 sometimes it won't stab them. If you do this at the beginning of any steel path mission, the Finisher damage is enough to kill them in one stab. Higher level sp missions like conjunction survival you may have to stab twice but once you get a few initial combo stacks it will only require one.

I swear I have never seen this video before, and we are rocking the exact same build! Only difference I am using steamline instead of energy nexus. Just in case this is helpful to anyone, you can run this build without having to spend an umbra forma by running steel charge in the aura mod. :)
I think your shards are wrong, i would prefer using green for corro +3 and orange for 75% crit chance on secondaries. With that Mesa will be much better because you will Red crit and armor strip permanently without using any guns.
@@102kennyworld he right tho, but i prefer 2 greens for 14 stacks for full strip, and 3 oranges for 75% crit each, those 3 oranges total out to 6 red taushards, but they scale with kills, same for the ceramic dagger/outburst combo
@@102kennyworld Got offended? Sadly im right because his shards are wrong and outdated. Yes its hard to get the new one but deal with it. Green shard is meta, on warframes like Mesa or Saryn etc you will perma armor strip within a second.
Hey im back i finished the build yesterday this build is beast got the riven for ceramic dagger and secondary outburst r5 that was a pain in the ass to get but once it was all done soo worth it ty ❤️
UPDATE: In the Dante Unbound update, DE fixed the Gun and Blade perk to ONLY activate with PRIMARY weapon kills. Peacemaker won't affect this perk anymore
@Thxrn20 you only need 1 corr ability damage shard on mesa, and the 2 corr stacks shards, then I used only 1 topaz crit chance shard and 1 taufirged red for strength. she does 40k per shot minimum and sometimes instakills SP enemies with hundred thousands dmg
The slash icon buff is from the Adaptation mod. It lets you adapt to status effects up to 90% when you max out the Adaptation mod. You can get the Adaptation mod from Arbiters of Hexis when you unlock Arbitrations.
@lookalike4805 nah, you can just build your furax for pure combo chance and get max combo in like 6 or 7 hits. Incarnon furax also has a +100% combo chance evolution. So secondary outburst still works
Furax Wraith's unique trait is plus 20 initial combo count. Plus you can throw the amalgam mod on boosting firerate further. Feel like that be the better option but ole Squad Leader would have to test it. @@emuky7608
A bit confused. I have the x4 intial build on ceram8c dagger incarnon, and the regulators will build intial combo too? I tried it using my torid and it disnt seem to want to go past the 10x permant combo. I think im missimg something.

Seems like it i tested them in the simulacrum and in mission And it seems they nerfed the Interaction of mesa Regulators and the gun & blade perk of the ceramic dagger and Honestly, I can understand why since they are considered a secondary, not a primary but i still hate it since they are her primary as her main staple s4 skill, i'm not really into melee and prefer gun play so now building the 12x combo for melee on the dagger is Annoying honestly

Yes this is cool, but Hell it cost so much stuff to built it! For my opinion---> Tau Forged Shards -> 2 Yellow for Sprint Speed, 2 Green for extra Corrosive Stacks, 1 Red for Duration. Companion-> Wyrm Prime with Shield Mod and Reinforced Bond (and the regular mods of course) + Verglas Weapon with Heat and Corrosive Furax Wraith with the "Amalgam Furax Body Count" Mod (Incarno Not needed) Furis with Incarno Heat and Corrosive + Cascadia Flare I think, Mesa need Fire Rate and physical Speed and Strenght to get the x3 multiplier on Nourish Speed and Stealth are King in this Game!
I'm a filthy casual who has played off and on for ten years ,but played a total of three years...I just learned two things,Grendel's helminth is op,and you can use a Melee on mesa to add critical count stacks to guns.If I went and grinded all the stuff you just showed me ,I would have better stuff by the time I got it...not because you're build is bad but because rngezus tests us and these trials take things as well as give,and I would have a hole in me,and something else entirely to fill it,you're haters can go to the same place as any mod setup built around arcanes and archon shards,thanks for showing you're kit I learned a couple ideas from it

Cool, all we need is a bunch of shards from endgame, an arcane from endgame, and a mod you get presumably around endgame. What a viable build for a noob who can't do red crits!!!!!!!!!!!!!
.. Did it ever occur to you that it isn't a build for noobs? Not sure what you expected when you clicked on a video that says it destroys 90% of content and is perfect.
If you only use Mesa in Circuit, or you're not a Mesa main, or whatever then definitely rethink how you mod. The Mesa's Waltz augment is crazy with movement speed decrees plus you can pile on elements and damage. The result is zooming around the map in her 4 with everything in front of you dead... Between the aimbot and homing fireballs spreading AoE damage and status, it's really truly busted. I think Xaku is the only other frame I've had scale so ferociously (Level cap can turn into zen mode).
Mesa's Waltz is nice but Enemies will still shoot at you... Which at level 2000+ that usually means Death. I found *Muzzle Flash* to be more Beneficial in the Circuit. 👍
You are trolling by putting galvanized shot on regulators and 60/60 mods, u can easily calculate this but im guessing you never actually plugged in numbers. Theres plenty of ppl that explain how damage is actually calculated with mesa

why not 3 orange 75% crit shards and 2 green corrosive shard, plus grimoire with the energy mod
The green shards should be used for extra ability damage and to get the most use out of the orange shards you should be using the epitaph

Yes. The gun and blade perk count regulator pistol as a primary for mesa and it will still stack the initial combo if you have a primary equipped.

You can just use key with rage…dual rage mods . Grace and armor. Ideally you use gloom but u. Can your whatever
If you only use Mesa in Circuit, or you're not a Mesa main, or whatever then definitely rethink how you mod. The Mesa's Waltz augment is crazy with movement speed decrees plus you can pile on elements and damage. The result is zooming around the map in her 4 with everything in front of you dead...
Between the aimbot and homing fireballs spreading AoE damage and status, it's really truly busted. I think Xaku is the only other frame I've had scale so ferociously (Level cap can turn into zen mode).
Mesa's Waltz is nice but Enemies will still shoot at you... Which at level 2000+ that usually means Death. I found *Muzzle Flash* to be more Beneficial in the Circuit. 👍

You are trolling by putting galvanized shot on regulators and 60/60 mods, u can easily calculate this but im guessing you never actually plugged in numbers. Theres plenty of ppl that explain how damage is actually calculated with mesa
