Thank you SOOOO much for making this video. We just got my son into cadet 206 this summer with a used kart and engine. He's been having issues maintaining idle and also with loss of power halfway through the session (first 5-6 laps hitting 50mph and 6000rpms, next 5-6 laps drops to 45mph and 5400rpms) so I suspected the carb was the issue. Turns out, the float height was 0.760 and the float drop was 1.25 (and the needle was popping almost all the way out) so it was WAY off on both sides! I just did all the things you recommended, and we haven't had a chance to run it yet, but I assume things will be much smoother after this...and even if they aren't, at least we know it's not a carb issue. Thanks again!

Extremely good explanation. Thank you. Im all alone in this karting world, built my kart in my closet, and i cant figure out the engine at all. I would pay for a series from this guy on 206. Thanks for the video it was a blessing to my day

Great tutorial. Thank you. We are new kart racing and these type of tutorials are so helpful. We've found people at the track are helpful to a point but don't tell you all the little maintenance things you need to do all the time. Looking forward to learning more from these videos.

Not only is this a great video but hell you’re a phenomenal instructor in general. It would be a pleasure to learn from you in person.

Not inspecting and cleaning jets often is a no-no. At least after every race weekend.
