I dont mean to be off topic but does someone know of a way to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot the login password. I would love any assistance you can give me!
@Jason Jonah I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Jason Jonah HOLY **** IT ACTUALLY WORKED! Literally hacked my ig account details after roughly 45 minutes by using the site. I had to pay 15 bucks but definitely worth the money :) Thank you so much, you saved my ass!
i watched this all the time growing up in the sixties. i always enjoyed it. i saw linkletter in person many eons later at a show he did in oklahoma city. as a standup he absolutely killed the people. i thought, "man, no wonder this guy is famous! much, much funnier than you would expect. a really talented person.
I've always wondered if anybody else noticed a resemblance in their personalities. I will also believe that Barker could have done a House Party-type show; he might not have had the kids, since he wasn't too fond of them, but the other elements would have worked fine with him.
I had no idea that Lucille Ball had a daily radio show at all, let alone in the 1960s. And at 7:41, the "waffle" wall background brings back some dim memories watching as a four year old.
I remember Jack would appear one camera frequently doing commercial lead-ins such as "And now another work saver from Drackett", which made Windex, Drano, Vanish and other products.
My favorite Broadway play "Wildcat" and We got to meet and see how truly beautiful Lucy is, with no makeup on and she spent 45 patient minutes with a bunch of teenagers.
This is lovely. I'm searching for the Art Linkletter House Party show with Eddie Peabody as guest....would you have that by any small chance????? Greetings and thanks.
Art Linkletter, in full Arthur Gordon Linkletter, (born July 17, 1912, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada-died May 26, 2010, Los Angeles, California, ( This I didnt know, he was from Moose Jaw Sask.) RIP Sir
Oh I remember them well. I remember the time lucy was measuring the back of a very tall young Sam Elliot, she wanted to knit him a cardigan. suddenly Sam stood up and she was high up on his back. he turned round and round looking for her.
I think it started as a replacement for Garry Moore. CBS radio had a great morning block of Arthur Godfrey, Linkletter, Moore, Lucy, and even Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney.
Wish there was COMPLETE episode of this which also included the segment "Kids Say the Darndest Things"!
I loved both of these wonderful people!
Back when being nice to each other was a common trait of most people.
A wonderful classic show ! :) This is a real treasure Lloyd ! Love it =D
Thank you :)
I'll take this over what constitutes TV talk, especially daytime talk, today.

Watch some video of Bob Barker and see just how carefully he studied Art Linkletter and Jack Benny. Bob learned from the best.
Art Linkletter was the Bob Barker of his time.

The only show that always opened with the entire audience laughing and carrying on, and then the familiar words "Come on in...."
"Truth of Conequences" also opened with the audience laughing.
Miss Ball had a nice outfit! Also a rare on camera appearance of long time announcer Jack Slattery.
I remember Jack would appear one camera frequently doing commercial lead-ins such as "And now another work saver from Drackett", which made Windex, Drano, Vanish and other products.
I meant On-camera.
@@kurttoy5035 A classic!

What year was this? 1965
@8:31 check that Leslie speaker putting out the Hammond sound!
Good one Lloyd. Thanks.
Marcus
I think it had a short run. Also, I believe it was ten minutes long. I sure would like to hear an aircheck if anyone knows where they might exist. Joe

When did this episode come out?
1963 or 1964 based on the ages of Lucy's children. Also, Art's reference to JFK gave me the impression that he was no longer in office. 😰
@@mov1ngforward So to speak
@carlmoore19 Sometime in the 1964-65 season..that's when the LET'S TALK TO LUCY radio show was broadcast.
Had to be 65 as Desi Jr was born in 1953, Like me.
So neat :)
i love lucy
