I love the handsome man, he did a great job touring the home and looks very stylish. All that space and that’s the tiny office? Those bare walls in the living area could have used nice art to add some color. Obviously it’s a gorgeous home but I feel like they could have used the space better and decorated a bit more. It’s doesn’t feel like a home it feels like an unfinished hotel.
The house is great.

Smart house...high end amenities...impressive details....9M....is kinda cheap for this house with all the appliances...its nice coz it just not busy to look at...simple yet elegant...there are masculine and feminime touch....

you are my favourite realtor ever i love that you don't miss anything this house is necessity for myself seriously want this house i will explain my details when i contact you it is absolutely outstanding and i think i might want every house that you show because you are superb! favourite realtor and i usually hate it when people talk through the videos but you are different id have to say you must be blessed by God for me to favour you since I am not as polite as I could be I guess at times and especially while viewing the houses literally am super pumped about finding you there are many more houses that i want and must have as gifts for people its a long story i have been looking on the market non stop for over a year and have founds places i want all the way to new jersey Switzerland and Vancouver Ontario and many many more i found one i need in Ireland but if i could find who built this house id like something much more sleek like this in Ireland because the lady there needs something fabulous there anyways you are outstanding seriously

Great reviews, very few people can do property tours well. Only thing I'd say is to many actuallys maybe find a new word.
It's funny almost all of the people giving hating comments have actually no personal videos on their channel. Lol. So you actually have no idea how hard it is to create a video like this. JOB WELL DONE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I just subscribed 😁💯
thank you for the kind words Daniel, This video is now 3 years old which is why I find it so funny! Overall people start somewhere & get better at what they do. These videos were not scripted & even from an editing standpoint we could have edited a lot of footage out but decided not to. Overall I'm happy as I can look back & see how far I've come. Appreciate the thoughtful comment!

Beautiful home. I especially love the transparent balcony where you can see the trees while lying in bed. With all the glass windows in the bedrooms, do they become dark at night or there's a hidden blind somewhere? I'm not a prospective buy, lol, just curious.

OMG I absolutely love the kitchen that would have me sold. Now I don't care for a microwave so they can take that out of the kitchen. I love not having the baseboards. I love the shower in the first bathroom. However I would renovate the bathroom. I like having the toilet in a separate area like a toilet room and I prefer colored toilets instead of white. I would also install some beautiful linen shutter that would blend in with the house decor. I love the laundry room being on the same level as the bedroom.

The house is amazing. The owner should, however, consider adding some art pieces to the walls to give it a more homely feeling
Less is best… I would add gigantic mirrors and few nice art work… for a house this big it’s very poor in taste and looks very outdated… dislike the kitchen… looks old and dirty…

I "actually" don't like that there are no baseboards. It looks cold and unfinished. The main floor living room/dinning room, as well as the kitchen, are small for a $9M house. Otherwise, I Love it :) Has it been sold, Mario?
the look is much nicer in person than on camera for sure! The finishes in the home are incredible and they put a lot of attention to detail. Its being re listed in the new year!

Would strongly warn against finger sensor locks or biometric access systems cause then the burglars knows your always carrying your "key" and that puts you in physical danger.

I can’t see having that house in Canada. Looks like it should be in Miami Florida or in LA. I know they “spared no expense” (Jurassic Park anyone?), but with all those windows it will be a bit@# to heat in the winter.

Not a horrible job... constructive critique from a journalist would be to refine adjectives and omit usage of the words “actually” and “actual”.... maybe also “once again”, “absolutely” & “definitely”. Good luck Mario!

Ahaaaaaaaaaaactualy, I lost count of the times actually was said. 4 times before entering the house and a further 5/6 times within a couple of minutes. Try using... surprisingly; truly; unusually. (Never use, sort of or like...please. Those words are the most repeated, actually.)
I appreciate the constructive criticism. I have a great vocabulary but when you're speaking on the fly its not as easy as it looks. Shot this over a year ago, watching these older videos really make me appreciate how much I am growing. Thank you again for watching.

It's certainly very well appointed house, but it has no real warmth to it. Surfaces all feel cold, impersonal. The craftsmanship is amazing and it is all very well thought out, but it was made for a particular taste. I'll stick with a little bit smaller, much warmer feeling home
