- A few weeks back I came over to Vancouver's North Shore for the first proper lap on my Rocky Mountain Altitude Power Play. I was lucky enough to get a quick tour of the Rocky Mountain R&D facility before riding some of the best trails on the planet.

Commitment and a reasonable amount of momentum. Throw an old 2x4 on the driveway, or go as close to the edge of the curb on the sidewalk as you can. Practice just like anything else, but it’s not really my thing either 🤣

Thanks! Honestly most of my content is IG focused, if I had a good ride I’ll reframe the clips for TH-cam. So I’m not really setting out to tell a story, just riding. I suppose I could throw up a little graphic with the trail names, but I haven’t ventured into introducing the trails / the ride by talking through it.

So funny because we actually rode that skinny twice. The first time I fell off and he made it, the second time he jumped off 🤣🤣

Mountain biking with a dog, sorry but not my thing. I want to concentrate on what I am doing, not paying attention to a dog. He is not going to die if you leave him home for a few hours. Just my opinion bro.
I go riding with my dog all the time, he takes care of me rather than me taking care of him…
