The twin-blade (the lightsaber looking weapon) is found in the ruins to the right of the first step sight of grace, it's in the lake and off to the side of the main ruins, you'll know you're there when you have to use torrent to jump over a wall

If I can offer a singular piece of advice about Elden Ring it would be to NEVER limit yourself as a new player. When I heard you bragging about how you'll "never equip a shield." While that's a valid playstyle that many are good at it will put you at a disadvantage against certain bosses who have insanely long combos and attack radiuses that cover large areas. Many bosses are even designed to roll catch players who dodge to much. Never limit your arsenal use magic, arrows, bombs, incantations, and when all else fails a giant fucking sword or whatever weapon you like. Elden Ring is really designed around being as versatile as possible and adapting to the situations bosses put you into.
Only quality and endgame builds allow you to be very versatile. Staff-only mages don't even level Strength to wield great or colossal swords, but Carian sorceries exist, so versatility is preferred within your build. (If someone becomes a cold-sorcerer, never advise them to use fire damage as fire cancels frostbite.)
I don’t know if you realized, because I don’t think you mentioned it, but George R R Martin (the guy mentioned in the trailer) made game of thrones. And I’m only mentioning it because you said it looked like game of thrones when they were on the map lol.
Please don’t be afraid to level up and Vigor is always a go to attribute to level up. Idk why every new player I watch play this game goes to Stormveil with like 7 Vigor and then they all get mad when they keep getting one-shotted lol

The Tarnished does not represent all humans it only applies to humans that were abandoned by the Grace of Gold (The Erdtree/Greater Will) then they were granted it once again so they could return to The Lands Between in order to go on a journey given by Queen Marika.
