    The One Chevrolet Didn’t Built but They Should Have Built This Truck!
    Long wheel base Vortec 5.3 liter/4speed 4L60 combination
    This Truck is not a trailer queen but actual work truck that Drew is using daily. And one on the coolest features is that this truck have rear wheel steering too so its more usable on daily commutes around the city as well as off-roading despite its long wheel base.

    Fantastic build, turned out beautiful. I would have made it a 4 door, but, that's just me. The great thing is as individuals, we all have a vision. Great truck!

    • @dalesmth1
      @dalesmth1 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That would be difficult, considering Chevy didn’t make a 4 door “Suburban” then. So it would have to be a difficult custom door and jam build.

    • @metalbill
      @metalbill 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@dalesmth1 I've seen it done, and it's not as bad as one would think. Of course it is more time and effort though. But it must be funny to tell the rear passenger to go around and get in!

      @@metalbill my dad had one of the 3 door 'burbs when I was small. I wasn't strange to us at all to not have the 4th door.

    30 seconds into the video and I would have been happy reupholstering the seats of that yellow submarine and leaving it the hell alone.

    This is the best genius idea I've seen yet. Full functionality & old school style. it's not a long or shot bed, its a Suburban Conversion! I imagine a powerful all electric system in it one day!

    Great looking truck, the bed seems off to me like it is arched in some pics like it’s bent up at the cab. The stance just doesn’t seem right, but it is a wonderful looking truck other than that. Very well done , much to be proud of right there.

    Why didnt you just do an off frame restoration to the suburban and had an 80,000 suburban. Now you have a 50,000 truck. You could have just taken a truck and extended it for way less money.

      4 whl Steering. Makes the vehicle more maneuverable. GMC had it, called Quadrasteer. Only used for slow speed maneuvering. Came out in 2002, only last a few years.
