In the pre-release tournament, I was already able to get hold of a Fighter Mode Ace, a Veemon, two Option Cards and a Paildramon. I ordered two boxes... since I already play the deck in its old form. Thankfully, I already have all the other staples. Nevertheless I'm hoping for at least one more Paildramon. The rest will probably be quite affordable :-) Thanks for the profile-idea!
I feel like both bt16 rookies fall in the same boat in that they are not super impactful early but shine in the mid to late game. I really like having one or two wormmon as it gives unprecedented GY access for imperial. If you combo wormmon with promo veemon its a free digivolve. Admittedly it is painful if its the only rookie you see due to costing one over demivee.
I really like Hammer Spark myself, but I think it might be a bit of a crutch card; I feel like if I just play/build better I might not need it as much. As for Invincible Dragon-Insect Fusion, I think it's bonkers and I will be trying it at two. It's great to be able to get Blocker in the deck, not to mention an invincible blocker. The level 4s, I like to sprinkle in a Lighdramon or the new Togemogumon to bridge the DNA digivolve colors. Interested to see if you think that's worth a consideration.
I wouldn't call hammer a crutch card, but it is definitely something you can remove if you don't feel like it helps. The dragon-insect fusion is pretty great; when I tested it at 2 it just felt a little clumpy. I do like the armors and I think they're worth considering. It's definitely something worth testing! This deck has an insane number of cards at its disposal now, and a lot of them are actually valid choices
It’s a great card, just not in b/g imperial deck. It’s scary good for Loogamon and its a staple in virus imperial. There’s just no point it for this deck expect for that extra swing into security if you have another lvl 5 in trash. That can come in clutch but not clutch enough to mess with the synergy of this new deck.
I didn’t realize just how good the dragon mode all turns effect was until you explained it. I knew it was good, now I know it’s broken.

Any thoughts to the new Dinobeemon? Can be made using the new ex veemon and stingmon.

No, but the prices right now are presale prices, and should be ignored. The card will probably be in the $7-12 range

Promo Veemon from the demo deck is a great card for the deck. Also BT16 Wormmon has come up for me.
