I'mf making a deck similar to this with Null Profusion/Recycle and Omniscience. But I'm also going to have Mikaeus/Melira combos with woodfall primus/river kelpie/Puppeteer Clique, it looks like a lot of fun.
Boohoo he plays in a competitive meta, let's all hate on it just because we don't play at that level even though that level is also fun when agreed upon.
Tyler Sroka When agreed upon, yes, there's no problem with that. The problem is when individuals (not focusing on anyone particularly) feel the need to play at that level in every game, and bring competitive combo decks to every matchup. It's like EDH to them is just legacy with 100 cards. Commander is designed to be a predominantly social, interactive, and casual format. If a group wants to play very competitively, then by all means, do so. However, decks of the sort just seem to go against what the format stands for. Individuals make the games, though.
Why play an infinite combo that doesn't win?... Recycle and Null are dead draws unless u have omniscience so you're better off with Tooth and Nail into Mikaeus + Triskelion since this deck loves dead draws.
You would be the first to be dealt with at the table, and then we'll play another hour in which you'll only be be able to get coffee, find tokens and keep track of our life totals. Shoot on site.
ThanostarZero The go-to responses of "competitive" EDH players: "Run more counters" "Run more spot removal" "Then don't play" Go play Legacy/Modern then. Nobody wants to sacrifice originality and fun in their EDH decks to prevent you from comboing out.
Richard S. In our local store we decided to have three tables: one is 'casual/fun', second is 'advanced' and third is just 'salty combo fest'. If you're there as a visitor you could easily spot the most fun, social talkative table. It's the first, then the second. The third one mostly has superior elitist know-it-alls. Yay.
Neat deck. Expensive-looking, though! It's given me a lot of ideas for my own Damia deck, especially stuff I've overlooked, like Raven's Crime.
Was expecting Azusa, strip mine when you said competitive...
Omniscience is so absurd in blue combo. I play it in Azami. Free Time Stretch, draw a ton of cards into mind over matter. So crazy good.
The fun police called....

Omniscience is pronounced differently.
Wow the meta he plays in must really have a lot of graveyard combos. I've never seen a deck with so much graveyard hate.
What are your ideal turns for this??
Do you have an Animar deck but I wanted to ask what you would do to put new more powerful cards into the deck like Surrak and Prophet of Kruphix?
Prophet of Kruphix is not commander legal, unfortunately

Playing in a competitive Commander group has made me a better player in every other format. I see all triggers and board openings.

Do you have any friends to play against with decks like this?

Solid deck. Seems weak to counter but I guess that's really the only way to stop combo. I bet your group hates you lol. I like it though. Seems fun.
can someone at CMDR do a EDH deck for Ayli Eternal pilgrim?
Ugin's Nexus infinite extra turn shut down....

That's so stupid. Learn to play removal or counters.
ThanostarZero Commander is slowly turning into a boring staple-fest.
AgentOrange I completely agree, my playgroup is having the same issues :)

14:08 lol. that card is pretty weak in multiplayer. or is this a 1v1 decktech?
I thought this was suppose to be a competitive deck...you must play against scrubs.
