I want a structure like this 3nm GaN followed by 50nm graded AlgaN al composition changing from 0.16 to 0.25 Then 10nm AlGaN Al = 0.25 . I tried Grad.n command but not getting the structure
sir can u show us the simulations in silvaco related to gas sensors or biosensors as there is no resource present i have been trying to simulate for months now but cannot find a solution.
Sir when I add lat.temp model then simulator shows "Warning: Not A Numbers found in currents. Simulator did not converge". What is the reason for showing this problem? . while without lat.temp model simulator converge it and i get current.
I have recently started working on modeling HEMTs and I really appreciate your efforts in helping students. Your videos have helped me understand the critical concepts of HEMTs and also steps on how to model them. Can you share your email address as I would like to learn more from you. Thank you.
Hi Bilal, Thank you so much for your kind words and support! I'm thrilled to hear that my videos have been helpful in your work with HEMTs. Unfortunately, I am unable to share my email address due to my very busy schedule recently. However, please feel free to leave any questions you have in the comments, and I'll do my best to address them when I can.
Thanks for this valuable addition. It helps me perform the thermal analysis of solar cells as well.
Great point! You are welcome!
Thanks for the video !! Much useful ✨✨✨✨
Indeed, it is.
Informative video. Thanks for sharing
So nice of you, buddy!
Watching this marvelous playlist
You are awesome.
Thank you, Dr. Ahmed, for the video. It is very helpful for learning TCAD. I hope there will be a video on NiO/Ga2O3 heterojunction in the future.
You are welcome.
Sure. I know how to work on both materials.
Watching Done❤
Very informative for researchers working on high-power devices.
Glad you think so!
Sir pls make a video that how we can plot temp vs power or temp vs voltage curve in GaN/AlGaN hemt using silvaco tool.
It's possible but it might not attract a broader audience.
@@HabibAhmadGatech I humble request to you please make a video on this
Assalamu alaikum sir. Your tutorials are amazing. Would you please make a video of tunnel fet based biosensor using Silvaco TCAD ?
W/Salam!
Thanks for the nice compliment.
Sure. Noted.
Sir please make a video for plottig curve Temp Vs Power curve

Did you try to run the same simulation as given in the code? Or did you make any changes to it?
I do simulations in the same code, only add lat.temp model
Can you please help me with my HEMT project? I'll pay a handsome amoint for it.
I appreciate the offer but currently I'm very busy working on other projects. We may collaborate in the future.
